    A fantastic job on the sharpening jig its always nice to watch your videos and see so many other of your builds in use I'm always impressed on all your router improvements and attachments, you always remind me of a close family freind who is a machinist by trade. And always seems to make improvements on everything he does or comes out with another money making patent

    I'd recommend making a clear over blade protector similar to a table saw. PPE's wont save you from a flying broken disc or shrapnel.. You can still see what you're doing and stay protected.

    I bought Trend's 2 credit card sized diamond plates and have found them to be excellent for all my carbide and HSS tools. The 300 grit is fine on HSS and the 600 grit is great on carbide. Just a few strokes and they're done.

    Привет всем мастеровым, считаю данное предложение самым универсальным приспособлением из доступных материалов для повторения в своей мастерской и достаточно востребованным! Спасибо Вам Paoson WoodWorking, купил Ваши чертежи и буду собирать, накопилось что точить уже, а в спецмастерских цены конские и точат так что на следующую заточку нести уже нечего. Всем добра и терпения!

    Hello to all masters, I consider this offer to be the most versatile device from the available materials for repetition in my workshop and quite popular! Thank you Aoson WoodWorking, I bought Your drawings and will collect, I have accumulated that sharpen already, and in special workshops the prices are horse and sharpen so that there is nothing to carry for the next sharpening. All the best and patience!

      @Paoson_Woodworking  5 лет назад

      Hola Toni, yo también las utilizo, aunque estoy pensando en ir poco s poco dejándolas de lado precisamente porque son imposibles de afilar en casa

    • @tonit.6021
      @tonit.6021 5 лет назад

      Yo también me veo obligado a trabajar con fresas de labios rectos por la misma razón, pero no me conformo porque las helicoidales son muy polivalentes y funcionan muy bien. Tengo que buscar una forma de afilarlas...

    It appears you deburr and hone your router bits with a 'DMT Dia-Sharp' sharpening steel. I find this product disappointing---specifically, the grit wears away after very little use, which of course renders the thing useless. What is your experience with this product?
