This location opened in February 1994 with the first non-prototype 1 stage to open outside of New York. The store was completely Phase 2 for a while, but in 2010 they received a Phase 4 salad bar poster while the rest of the store remained Phase 2 until mid-2017 when they received some Phase 4 art work around the store and in the showroom. Most of the store remains Phase 2 and this is also the last location to have a CEC Pizza exterior. Unfortunately, this location is planning to close in 2025, so go there while you can!
