Is the WF-3825 the newer model that has replaced the WF-3820? On Epson's web-site, both models are still available, and both models have the same Recommended Retail Price.

not good on instructions. hidden tape. ink cartridge carrier will not move to load position , paper jam all the time and cant put paper tray in. I'm pissed.
