@Bungie Crimes ofc because this robot is not malicious what so ever it just deliver food to people and. Look at video of human destroying these robot how can you get sympathy for these guys :') just straight up say you're selfish rather than trying to find excuses
@@bungiecrimes7247Naa bro I empathise for humans so much. Everyday I praise God for giving me a good life and I pray for those who are struggling. I won’t ever say I’ll show more empathy for a robot than humans. But all that aside come on man… that robot is just too fucking adorable 😢 it’s just so cute I can’t help myself 😂
I think that their vision is the same at night, due to IR, but - this said - I've rarely seen them at night given the stores for which they deliver are closed 💁🏼♂️
Idk why, I have great empathy for those robots, especially those that were vandalized and treated so badly... I hope the latter ones would be moved to a better region...
Aww, I hear you! I've been there many times, next to them, encouraging them to go at the right time but... Unfortunately they're programmed in a way that standing next to them and doing gestures would actually get them to stay back lol 😂
eheh yes, it is cute. I doubt it will be hit by a car, given it is very conservative when deciding to cross the street. However it is a possibility. Mean people are actually a real concern: I have seen upset people banging on them or kicking them.... no idea why!
It seems really smart. The AI and cameras on this thing are pretty impressive. So yea I don’t think it would get hit by a car. But the mean people part.. yea that’s an issue
This is still amazing to me.:.I have never seen these till recently but only in videos. people walk by it like it’s part of the natural landscape..while I would watch and I am in awe. Still amazed at the floor cleaning vacuum machine at Walmart and sams club:
Eheh I can guarantee you there are still many surprised and amazed people that would stop by and take videos/photos of these little robots even after a couple of years of having them in Mountain View. Haven't seen the Walmart cleaning machines!
Bro it’s actually sad about the robots is that they are trying to do there job but everyone is trying to stop them they are working day and night and people are trying to stop them it’s not only hard for our lives but also hard for robots thank you for your time
Great point but, as far as I know, at night they get stored inside a shop. In Mountain View they used to be parked by Ava's Market and, just before the shop closing time, they would enter the store and be locked in. Probably to recharge as well. So I guess you're right, they probably can't operate at night. At the same time they have plenty of cameras and a GPS so... Pretty sure lifting them would active an alarm and capture and locate/track the thief...
For the most part they're autonomous robots but if they need assistance then a human operator can manually operate them by watching through the built-in cameras and using a controller on their mobile device or by way of a PC.
Oh you mean sending it around observing/tracking people? I'm pretty sure there's a regulation on data retention and use for whatever those cameras and GPS track...
Look like mini suv robot look cool soon late kids want to ride it they mom said it not a toy No it not toy the kid start cry think it toy Look nice to play with
Ahahah... To be honest, though, the job a Starship Robot is programmed to achieve is way more complicated than that of robots taking over human jobs in controlled environments with specific, identical and repetitive jobs like manufacturing cars or other mass production things. A starship robot makes decisions and responds to an ever changing environment... IMHO
Man I legit wanna cry how cute this robot is I swear I have so much empathy for it 😭

Oh poor guy, he must be fear of crossing streets.

Is someone controlling it like you would on a drone?
Only when they get stuck, as in they don't know what to do to get out of a specific situation (as far as I know), a human can remotely intervene...
For the most part they're autonomous robots but if they need assistance then a human operator can manually operate them by watching through the built-in cameras and using a controller on their mobile device or by way of a PC.
