Thank you so much! I have a question that can we add custom design option on product page so that customer can design the product with respect to size, color, weight?
Hi, @ahmadraza4152! To provide you with a clearer understanding, feel free to explore our demo page below. Hi! I am having a hard time with my Wordpress website. It is a wholesale product store. When you click on the color way on the drop down it does change the photo, but if you click on the photo down below, it does not change the drop down menu to the appropriate color way. Please assist? Any plugin suggestions for that?
Hi, Nathan. Thanks for chiming in. I'm happy to help look into your concern, albeit I'm unclear about what you mean by "color way". You can reply with a screen recording video to help describe what you'd like to achieve. You can do this for free by going to screencast.com, zight.com (or a service of your choice), uploading the screenshot/recording and sending the URL in a reply. Alternatively, you can get in touch via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ so that we can discuss your needs in more detail. Many thanks, -Edge
It will be good to do a video on how to upload an excel list of products variable, because one by one is easy, but multi- items, I can't find a basic video on how to do it... Great video by the way..!
Hi Manny. Thanks for your kind words and suggestion. We'll look into creating a video tutorial on how to bulk upload variable products. In the meantime, what I can suggest is to utilize the built-in WooCommerce importer, or any import plugin such as Product CSV Import Suite to bulk upload variable products. The exact process will depend on whichever you choose to use so I recommend referring to their documentation. Thanks! -Keza
Thanks for this tutorial. But I have 1 question, if I have for example white as a colour and size M set to 1 in stock and someone is buying that, there is a cross in the letter M as well as in the colour, but then nobody else can buy with that colour. I want that there is a cross in the size but not in the colour. How can I do this?
Hi, @@lucasrutten5419. Thanks for your comments. To allow customers to add a white product to the cart if/when size M is out of stock, you should have other sizes other than M available or in stock for that white color. I hope this makes sense and helps. Let me know how it goes, and if you have any more questions. Best regards, -Edge
Hi, @@lucasrutten5419. Thanks for your reply. Please check in the Edit Product page (back-end) whether the other sizes (aside from M) are purchasable. Are you using any of the plugins mentioned in the video description to display your variations? If so, which one? -Edge
Great tutorials from the Barn2 plugin . I would just wish all plugin companies to follow suit. A question I always had: Is there a way to see the order first when clients check out (and without making payment) until the website owner manually send them a proforma invoice for payment ( just incase the supplier had a increase in pricing) is there a plugin for that? Thanks a lot. Tbh. Wholesale Pro is much better than B2B king
Hi there! Thank you for your kind words. You can achieve what you described by using any of the of the offline payment methods that are built into WooCommerce, such as 'Direct bank transfer', 'Check payments' or 'Cash on delivery' and rename it into Pay by invoice within 30 days or whichever you prefer. This way, customers will not be charged right away and website owners can still review their orders then bill them accordingly. Hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please reach us via our Support Center - barn2.com/support-center/. Cheers! - Keza
Hi Ardhen! Thanks for your comment. You can achieve this by creating a Gender attribute for Men and Women and adding them as variations apart from the sizes to your products. This will how it would look like (see: share.zight.com/KouKXn4L ). Should you have further questions, please reach us via our Support Center - barn2.com/support-center/. Cheers! - Keza
Hello, I want to create a color variation. For example, there are 3 colors of t-shirts, I want these 3 products to appear on the main page separately, but when entering the product these variations also exist. Please can you explain to me how to do it?
Hi, Alejandra. Thanks for asking. You can use our WooCommerce Product Table plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-table/ref/1075/ ) to display variations separately on the main shop page of your website. Please let me know if you have any more questions. We can also discuss your requirements in more detail via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
hello I installed the plugin then I created a variable product with multiple images on each of the variations then I exported this product to a CSV file then I deleted this product from my store and then I imported the CSV again containing the variable product the import goes well I mean that the variable product imports correctly but the problem is with regard to the variations because it no longer includes the images, do you know why? anyway thank you very much for your videos
Hi, @cgc2300. Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty with what sounds to be variation images missing from a product that was exported to CSV, deleted, and then added back via CSV import. Please could you submit a support request about this through our Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ so that we can assist you best and as quickly as possible. Many thanks, -Edge
Hope someone can help with a little advice. We have a site selling framed images. We have around 700 different images. All the images are currently the same size and sell for the same price. Given the success of these images, we'd now like to sell unframed versions in a range of sizes (6). Is there an easy way to add these variations to our existing products, including the prices, hopefully without having to do it one product at a time? Again, all images of the same size will sell for the same price.
Hi, @scottymitch1. Thanks for your comment. I'm happy to help look into your concern. The new product versions that you want to add will need to be new variable products that have a (1) framed/unframed and (2) size attribute. You can avoid having to add/create 1 variable product at a time by importing products in bulk via a CSV file. For full details, see: woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/ . I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Best regards, -Edge

Hi, @Akash27111992. Thanks for your comment. You can use our WooCommerce Bulk Variations plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-bulk-variations/? ) to allow your customers to quickly enter the quantities of different variations (i.e. combinations of size and color attributes) in bulk and add them to the cart with just one click of the Add to Cart button. Hi Rajeev! Thanks for your comment. I would recommend creating product options instead since managing variations can be very time-consuming as you will need to create a separate variation for every possible combination of options. It's much simpler to use product options instead of variations as each option is managed independently.
