To be honest, this material doesn't provide any outline as to problem-solving. There is absolutely no step by step process other than a PPT that is simple and straight forward.
Friend, problems in life often don't allow space for step by step process for solving unless it is a mathematical problem. It's like a fuzzy logic that you need to use to solve a problem.
