I don't drink bcuz of my low alcohol tolerance but I love to collect booze/wine bottles. In my collection the Galliano bottle really stands out. One of my favourites to collect
This is a super popular liqueur in Sweden and will never collect dust at the bar. Thanks to the "Hotshot" which is a layered shot consisting of galiano, hot brew coffee and lightly whipped cream on top. Super smooth and fun shot, really recommend trying it.
Pick up a bottle of this last week because it was being discontinued at my local liquor store. I had no clue what it was, I just remembered you used it in one of your videos. I'm glad I know what it is now.
Funny you mentioned cake. Due to the price of real vanilla extract is crazy high I have been using Galliano Vanilla as a substitute in a 2 to 1 (2 Galliano vs 1 vanilla extract). Everyone loves the taste, be it a cake, a cookie, a crème brulée, really everything. If you have a bottle and don't know what to do with it, I always recommend cook with it.
Great suggestions. And let's not forget red wine. That's what I did with the rest of the Galliano when we finished shooting that day. I poured it into my red wine and it was delicious. It took the wine to a whole new level.
Ha, it took me a second to realize... Thanks so much Steven, you have no idea how long I've been wanting to try this version of Galliano. It was a huge surprise and I am very grateful. But really you couldn't find a bigger bottle? I'm kidding obviously. Viv tells me you're a big fan of the show so keep checking back because there's lots more on the way. Cheers! -Ecurb
I’m watching this whilst imbibing a delicious Harvey Wall banger 😎 I must say I also prefer the Authentico & have been enjoying this cocktail since the late 70’s , cheers .
I have a relative that has the same bottle at there house that's been there for as long as I remember and that's been 50+ years. They use it as a piggy bank.
It strikes me that the notes would be great for a dessert, or an after-dinner drink. Or a substitute for absinthe or some sort of bitters. Why I like artisan gins and different absinthes now being marketed. That unknown ingredient in a cocktail that makes all the difference. Keep up these reviews; they're useful to those of us who like to experiment!
Thanks Jane, we’ve been getting a lot of positive feedback so ya we’ll be continuing with these reviews. There’s a new one releasing next week so check back :)
I still have about half a bottle of the original recipe bottle. I was really disappointed when they changed hands and added the vanilla. Now I have to dig it out to use a bit more.
As a kid in the sixties I recall a bottle of this in Soldier Decanter in the kitchen for years. I had asked for it when it became empty. One day it vanished, my father gave it away to get rid of it.
Hey Bruce! I have a seasonal cocktail that I would like to give you but since I only created today, I don't want anyone else to claim it as theirs. If it is as unique as I think it is, you will have an easy trace to its history. Thanks

You seem like a fun guy, Bruce. Liked the video but not sure if I’m sold on galliano just yet... the anise is strong stuff! Thanks.

Thanks Gary!
"Im gonna try the other"... please allow me to translate. "Im here to get fucked up".
Hell ya! Cheers
Party in your mouth! Yes!
And everyone’s invited? 🤔... no that doesn’t sound right. Ha
The problem with Galliano is the size of the bottle! Too tall, fits nowhere. Distinctive yes but, not good marketing .
Ha that’s true. I know someone who wants my bottle when it’s empty to make a lamp out of it. Ha.
