One of the Most Scenic Drives in Washington State...

Always high on the list of most scenic drives in Washington State, Chuckanut Drive (aka State route 11) does not disappoint, even in the dead of winter. At approximately 22 miles long, the drive winds along the rocks and shoreline with views of the San Juan islands overlooking Samish Bay. Make it a day as you explore between Burlington and Bellingham! There are plenty of hikes and viewpoints to keep your attention, not to mention the perfect spot for a picnic at Larrabee State Park (Washington’s first State park).
