1 thing, i saw in Hyderabad. Whereever, Builders have bought property, Investments definitely come there sooner or later. Govt plan something and they update it to builders. People who realize it, don't make mistakes, buy it. Some people says bla bla bla. See shankarpally, Budvel, RajendraNagar, Golden Triangle. Many areas like that.

That time it cost me 7 L an acre and few months after purchase, the local villagers told me that I paid a high rate (compared to the actual rate in those days). I asked a broker in that area recently about land rates, he said it's about 60 L around the area where I have the 2 acres ( about 2 kms distance from Sadashivpet to Vikarabad highway)

Yes...highly demand in mominpet area. Just 45 to 50min from mokila.
mominpet can grow as many big builders hold 1000s of acres here but it will take 10-15 years
