Recent studies say, Here actually NO is present as NO-. In presence of strong sigma donor ligands like Water, Ammonia etc in the co-ordination entity, the metal centre is sufficiently electron riched and thus metal initially can get oxidise. It actually dontates one electron to NO and thus NO becomes NO-. After this redox reaction, the co-ordination reaction starts followed by back bonding. So the iron is actually in +3 oxidation state.. But it is true that the spin only magnetic moment is 3.87 BM. Actually the Iron in +3 oxidation state has 5 unpaired electron, out of which 2 electrons undergoes antiferromagnetic coupling & thus they are cancelled out. Remaining 3 electrons contribute the spin Only magnetic moments in iron.
Very underrated video. This video deserves more recognition than it currently has 🙏🙏🙏🙏...wow what an amazing explanation
Sir your teaching style is excellent for students 🔥🔥🔥
Very nicely explained....
Thanks sir
Apne to shara doubts clear kar dea
Thanks one again
Thanks sir you are osm

From bangladesh..thanks a lot sir❤️❤️❤️
very well explained.
Love from Arunachal Pradesh 💙
omg so far away
Yeah 🤷♀
Nice explain 👌👌
Thanks dear God bless you
Sir can v use leadnitrate for nitarte test,, becoz it gives white ppt with ferrous sulphate,,pls explain
After ppt formation wait sometimes to settle down the ppt. Then take only the liquid part and perform brown ring test with that liquid.
Thnks sir
Tq sir
Thanku so much
Thx
Nice sir
Thnkyu sr
Add subtitles plzz😞

Hlo sir here u can syay that the magnetic moments of iron is under root 15 ❓❓❓how
No bro bcoz here fe is in +2 os and unpaired e are 4
Achaa padhaya h but some error h
