  • In this video, I show you how to easily split a string of text into individual rows in Excel using MID & ROWS functions.
    Enter text in cell A1. Paste this formula starting from A2 in each cell down until all text is separated into individual rows: =MID(A$1, ROWS($A$1:$A1), 1)

    I had a list of 2500 Japanese characters all pasted in one cell with no spaces or commas, and you have been the only one who has been able to help me separate them out. Thank you so much x
