You brought my childhood memories alive weddings in Goa used to be grand gatherings and the food was tasty. 1st round of snacks - chutney sandwich, fish cannip, beef croquet and drinks, 2nd round stew with bread 3rd round chicken xacutti or caffreal ,sorportel ,and Arroz and salad. Food was tasty mostly prepared by experienced village ladies. So was music and dancing.

What kind of a question is this you are asking? Prawns can be bought from Fish shops and fish market and the green peas can be purchased from the Green grocers.

I used 200 gm of rice, there is no time frame for gas cooking, make sure it does not stuck at the bottom, once the the rice are boiled, switch off the gas, and let it settle for itself.
