  • Learn how to improve your abdominal muscles (part of your flexors) the Feldenkrais Way. The lesson starts with some simple but important steps to help you engage your abdominal muscles that include using your breath and vision.

Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
