I love your home, it is so beautiful, I also love copper and crocks and have been collecting them for many years, I always look forward to your videos, not just to see what new items you found, or new decorating that you do, but also because of who you are as a person, you have such a sweet spirit and your faith in God that you share, God bless you and your sweet family!
This was Wonderful! I don't know why I like old stuff. You've encouraged me to take out the vintage kitchen items and just leave them out. They are great and I'm glad as a young wife and mother that you're also enjoying them. Thank You for sharing this video. Blessings! Happy Resurrection Sunday!
I'm glad I watched to the end....making washing dishes beautiful, to embrace it and not be bitter....lovely...I'm rethinking my minimalism with touch of lovely! May God be with you til we meet again.....
I just discovered your channel from watching Kristin Hoffman.😊 You remind me so much of her! You have a beautiful home and such a sweet spirit! Your style is right up my alley and I didn’t hesitate to subscribe. Looking forward to watching!!🥰
I love old copper. And I also look for old things. I have even found the old flour sifter and hand mixer with the red handles. So many good tips today. As always I live how cozy and pretty your home is.especially the kitchen
My grandparents use to own an antique store, so I’ve already picked out some super cool kitchen tools from their kitchen… when ever they are willing to pass them on 😅❤
Andrea, just curious. How did you come up with name to your blog and RUclips channel Pine and Prospect Home? I always like hearing what the story behind it is.
I've added many of the things you suggested this past week and freed up counter space. Our kitchen is pretty small, and I love how reducing clutter has made it look so much better. I even got the magnetic things for the fridge. Cleaned out all the drawers and donated doubles, found things I thought I lost. Added a lamp, but its a little more than I wanted for brightness, I might have to keep looking.
I love my caraway pans! I've had the frying pan and Dutch oven for 2 years and they are still totally non stick. I have have taken very good care of them (they come with instructions.) I feel that a lot of the bad reviews come from people who have expected to treat them like cheap pans and have them continue to perform like new.
Andrea, I watched your episode again, (Part 1) after this one, and I really enjoyed seeing how your kitchen has gradually changed to be your dream. Little changes do make those subtle charming differences! The kitchen is still the heart of the home for growing families.
Great video Andrea! I love your kitchen -it is so beautiful and the way you layer in sweet antique pieces is so inspiring 😊always look forward to your new videos! ❤
I have a copper kettle from my grandfathers childhood home in Sweden. It is from the late 1800s. Your mom would love it! It is a prized possession that sits on my stove and i enjoy it everyday. It makes me want to collect more copper pieces. Thanks for all the great ideas.
Thank you for mentioning hanging drying herbs or flowers in the kitchen! It is such an easy way to add texture and is also useful for tea (if culinary) and your idea for drying spent flower bouquets is a great way to stretch the budget. I dried a bouquet I bought for my husband on his bday last May and then mailed (dried) to my daughter in college for decor and she loved it!
Everything is so beautiful! I love and try to use all of these items too. I have an old barn ladder hanging from my ceiling with baskets and grapevine on it. It is one of my favorite things. It makes the baskets so easy to grab when needed without taking up space on shelves. Thanks for all you share! ❤️
Honey, leave some of the garlic baskets for the rest of us! I have never seen one in the wild. Love your home and your videos! You are so pleasant to listen to.
BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS!!!!! Wow. I was thrilled and excited to see your wonderful home on the cover of Better Homes and Gardens magazine IN OSHAWA ONTARIO. I have followed you for years CONGRATULATIONS 🎉
I just bought 2 tiny lamps for my kitchen from thrift stores this past week, and I LOVE the charm and extra light they offer.❤ Especially because we are in a rental and they don't have under-cabinet lighting. 👍
Your decorating style is so gorgeous. I love all of the antiques and Walmart pot by the sink with hydrangea. I am going to do this. Really I love it all :)
Your kitchen is beautiful! So inviting and homey. ❤ I’m looking for a coffee grinder too! I never see them in the thrift stores. I’ll keep looking 👀 though.
Great video full of nice suggestions for a cozy living space. I also wanted to share my experience with the Caraway cookware that I purchased about 2 years ago. I selected the same color and have enjoyed them so much. They're a bit of an investment, but I've never looked back. They're substantial, and cleanup is just too easy. Buy them! 😊
My grandma always had a lamp on her counter, and I grew up thinking that was the neatest thing, so I have always had one on mine. Just ads a lovely glow. I also have things from my grandma, biscuit cutter, her apron, her recipe cards....love the memories. I love your copper, do you have to polish it? Do you use your tea kettle?
Beautiful pans. I’d love to get a set, but the economy says no. Hopefully soon, I can. These look amazing. I’m down to a mini skillet and a saucepan. Lol Your home is always so inviting. ❤
I dont know why I never thought of mixing raw garlic cloves with honey to make it bearable. Great tip! Yes! That totally works to keep a cold away or at least at bay. It's just gross. Haha! Kill or cure I guess. 😁 I enjoyed all your tips! I do need more copper in my kitchen. Its so cozy! 💕
Andrea, I just love your home & always look to you for inspiration. These were all good ideas, I’m always on the hunt for copper, but never find any. That’s ok, I just have to keep looking 😊
Love the copper so much. And yes, a small lamp on the kitchen counter, especially at night is the coziest! I am currently trying to make one of those mini fabric lampshades to match my blue and white dishes and decor. I do have a set of those butter churns. I don't think I have seen that in your kitchen. Where is it displayed?
Hi👋😊 desde Uruguay! 🇺🇾 Me encantan tus videos, el estilo y las ideas que compartes! Seria genial que pudieras poner subtítulos en español, para poder apreciarlo mejor! Gracias, Saludos!
Hi Andrea!I love your home and I think your kitchen is so charming!!I love your accessories and suggestions!!Thank you for that!!You are so charming and so is your beautiful h ok me!Have a great weekend!!😁🌺🦋🌻🐇🌼🐿🌺🐞🐰🌻🦋🌷🐣🐞
Love you and your inspiring ideas. Yes I have put a list of your suggestions on a note pad to use when I go a'shopping. Many things I love are just out of reach (cost wise), but I will still seek items that catch my eye at a lower cost. Maybe you could put a simple large wooden faced clock above the space where you have the basket, which can be viewed in the rooms beyond. OK ttyl, say Hi, to your hubby and of course your sons. Would love to catch a glimpse of them now, I'm sure they have grown. 😍👱👱👱👱
I agree with you about a small lamp. I thrifted a super cute one for $4.00. It was in great shape and neutral. I love it and have complaints on it. I also have the flameless taper candles, which make things look cozy.
Oh Andrea I love your kitchen! I have two family heirloom coffee grinders. One had a crack in the base. My husband wanted to surprise me by fixing it. He replaced the base and made it look like new🫤. He won't do that again 😁! He meant well😂
I love your home, it is so beautiful, I also love copper and crocks and have been collecting them for many years, I always look forward to your videos, not just to see what new items you found, or new decorating that you do, but also because of who you are as a person, you have such a sweet spirit and your faith in God that you share, God bless you and your sweet family!
Aww thank you for the sweet message, that means so much to me!! 😊💕
Gorgeous home and you have a beautiful personality.

Your kitchen has such wonderful charm! I love everything that you and your husband have done!
I love old copper. And I also look for old things. I have even found the old flour sifter and hand mixer with the red handles. So many good tips today. As always I live how cozy and pretty your home is.especially the kitchen
Love your aesthetic, Andrea. I’ve always said your home is so cozy and welcoming. Would you consider “selling as is”?😉
My grandparents use to own an antique store, so I’ve already picked out some super cool kitchen tools from their kitchen… when ever they are willing to pass them on 😅❤
Andrea, just curious. How did you come up with name to your blog and RUclips channel Pine and Prospect Home? I always like hearing what the story behind it is.
I was wondering the same. My first guess is cross streets? 🤔
So envious that you have access to lilacs! In the south we have Mountain Laurel trees but the scent is awful.
I've added many of the things you suggested this past week and freed up counter space. Our kitchen is pretty small, and I love how reducing clutter has made it look so much better. I even got the magnetic things for the fridge. Cleaned out all the drawers and donated doubles, found things I thought I lost. Could you switch out the bulb for a lower wattage to make it dimmer?
@Sara it's seems hard to find a 25watt bulb these days, I still use the lamp it gives the kitchen a very calm feel in the evenings.
Love your videos! Can you please share the link to your battery operated candles? Thank you!
What a gentle soul you are.
Fun fact, the piece of art I've had in my kitchen for quite some time is one of your original prints 😁
Aww that is so special, thanks for sharing!! 😄
I cant wait to go thrifting in the Spring. You have such great style. I cant wait for the lillacs to bloom.
Congratulations on you and your home featured in.Better Homes and Gardens Cottage Style magazine ! Well deserved! Absolutely wonderful
Andrea, I watched your episode again, (Part 1) after this one, and I really enjoyed seeing how your kitchen has gradually changed to be your dream. Little changes do make those subtle charming differences! The kitchen is still the heart of the home for growing families.

Where do we find the button bottom candles please?
I’ve seen them on Amazon.
I loved your video as always. Your kitchen is just beautiful!
What a cool butter churner!! I have never seen anything like it. It's like "high tech" compared to the bowl and paddle that I've usually seen. Lol.
Always my biggest inspiration 😍
What a coincidence, I also thrifted a tiny pale blue ceramic lamp two days ago! It sits on my kitchen counter too haha
Love your decor style, and the cozy, functional vibe!
Aww thank you so much!! 😊
Your home and decor is so inspirational 🥰

I agree with you about a small lamp. I thrifted a super cute one for $4.00. It was in great shape and neutral. I love it and have complaints on it. I also have the flameless taper candles, which make things look cozy.
I have an almost identical eggbeater!
Oh Andrea I love your kitchen! I have two family heirloom coffee grinders. One had a crack in the base. My husband wanted to surprise me by fixing it. He replaced the base and made it look like new🫤. He won't do that again 😁! He meant well😂
Aww that's too funny! haha So neat you have those though! 😀
I love Crocs, but everyone always snatches them up before I can find them.
Can I please get the link to your stove ?
I haven't ever found crocks or copper of any kind in any of my thrift shops around here.
Georgous
Tfs❤
I love all these things but by husband like modern! It’s so hard
I don’t know about garlic baskets !
Your home really says "home". I'm not sure how else to express it!
I don’t know you’ve been using cast iron all this time- I mean you can’t even wash it - how do you get it clean?
I don't use wood utensils or.cutting boards I feel you just cant.get
All the bacteria out.of them They look nice as decor
🥰
