- This has to be my absolute favorite fried ribs recipe. I know most people are familiar with ribs being grilled or even baked, but if you haven't had fried ribs before you are missing out. Adding the Garlic Lemon Pepper flavor to these baked then fried ribs oh my goodness puts this creation at the top of my list of recipes. No sir. You are a chef. Made the exact same recipe but pulled the bones out after frying. Gave em a ruff chop & stuffed them into a baked potatoes. Slathered the potatoes with that sauce. That night I became legend. Thank you sir.

Your recipes do not disappoint and are spot on!! This weekend I’m making your fried garlic lemon pepper ribs for the second time for my birthday dinner. These ribs are over the top!… my skinny little wife usually eats 3 or 4 ribs. When I made these she ate half of a rack… lol. You truly have a talent, keep doing you! Outstanding recipe! I didn't know you can both broil bake and then fry these ribs. This is definitely something I want to try. They look super yummy!
Yes siiir. Only broil them if you're not going to fry them in the end. But if you are going to fry them in the end, skip the searing broil process and go straight to baking.

I marinated chicken drummets in same marinade yesterday and cooked drummets in air fryer on 360 for 24 min turning halfway. They were absolutely delicious . Tonight we will try the ribs which I marinated yesterday as well

I hate fried ribs , but yours looks so delicious I prefer the way you make them.
The secret is baking them first that way you only have to fry them for a few minutes. If you just deep fry them the meat sometimes comes out tough. You will love it this way.

This is absolutely delicious, but if you decide to make it I suggest going with a stainless oven ready pan instead of cast iron. The lemon juice and high acid braze stripped my cast irons non stick coating almost entirely off
