He did Jasmine wrong. Subtlety shading her in interviews before the reunion and she’s STILL a fan favorite.
They made it clear that they looked to him for guidance and neutrality because HE IS CLEARLY THE OLDEST, not because he is black and queer. His behavior, as well as some others, made it clear that this show needed to be recast and revamped. Preston’s actions on the reunion made it clear he shouldn’t be part of the cast. The disregard he had for a pregnant workmate whose fraternity brother husband was deployed, and knowing her friends had iced her out said a lot. And he’s working on a show highlighting black women?!? Get out of here with that! Insulting!
Yes I agree. Why were they so nasty to Jasmine? That has never been answered. The jealousy is cray cray.
I'm not understanding how he's saying he wasn't upset about being "crowned" the mature/emotional mature one in the group in season 1 when he was, indeed, upset because he spoke about it on multiple interviews. When they did the reunion, he touched on it, Jasmine explained why she looked at him as the "statesman" of the group, and he got upset. After that, he added "statesman" in his Twitter handle and then threw shade at Jasmine. 😶😶😶
Preston was my favorite, but season 2 showed his slip and true character. Preston is a “mean girl” who’s just happy to be apart of the popular crew! Even though I didn’t care for Bria, I also didn’t like how Preston was so quick to yell & scream at a woman, but cried in the corner over Phil, A MAN!

Exactly, I actually went back to the rolling stone article with the interview from the executive producer Lorraine Houghton-Lawson because he clearly cut Jasmine and Silas out of the recruiting. The article clearly said that Jasmine and Silas was the glue Since Silas and his friends pooled their money to vacation there in the summer. Revisionist history. He is a hater.. envy and jealousy..
I knew I wasn't tripping cause I specifically remember him saying that Silas and Jasmine contacted him.

Love to Preston. You all here in the comments talking about you don’t like someone based on hearsay and a reality show. Do you actually know this man to dislike him?
A lot of people are also stating the contradictions he’s said in one interview to the next. He has done A LOT of interviews.
You must not watch Preston interviews cause he lies and he lies alot. He's was even caught in a lie on the reunion cause he said, in multiple interview, that Jordan had no problem with Jasmine going on the trip to Jamaica. He said it was Bria and Shanice. Bria didn't end up going for some reason but it was those two who was Jasmine's homegirls. Summer specifically said in his presence, and on camera at the reunion, that she spoke to them and Jordan and Shanice said no to her attending. He said not one peep on the reunion about it nor did he clarify that Bria was actually not invited. Why lie on Bria to cover for Jordan?
On top of that, he lied in this same interview about not being upset because he was looked at as being the most mature person in the house. He said he was upset, multiple times, in multiple interviews. He even said he was upset with Jasmine because of it at the reunion, but yet he's sitting in this interview saying the opposite of what he said every other place. 😶
I looked to Preston as the peacemaker because of his status as an attorney. 🙂 Now, we're learning that he's a professor at a prestigious university, as well. I agree with Jasmine -- "statesman" in their midst. This interview is Motivational. Thank you!
I love my tv nephew… he and Silas can work it out as they are not just Frat they are LB’s 💕💚 and outside of the show he is absolutely amazing out here in these streets about the people’s buissness.

He wasn’t nice to Jasmine. Jordan had issues with Jasmine and Preston jumped on the bandwagon.
This was a great interview from start to finish. Preston seems really down to earth and I love that he has a lot going on outside of the show!
My only problem with this is I think people liked to him for guidance and or advice because he was the oldest and clearly Beth intelligent. Not sure what being Gay had to do with it. But then again I’m not apart of the community so maybe I’m missing something
Like Preston but his disdain for Jasmine is odd.
I feel like he's trying to rewrite what he's done on the show especially to Jasmine and using my mental health self-worth self reflection as an excuse for some of his underhanded shady behavior. I do like him overall but some of the things he was saying were like saving face.

This was a fun interview and Preston gave some good detail but Richie you literally let him direct the whole interview....you asked none of the hard questions or challenged him on anything....we could have at least got some more background on what went down at the reunion but none of that was touched.
Why is he being interviewed? He’s not interesting and very messy. No one ever should call him friend. He’s not loyal.
He is letting it be known that Jasmine was not the one that brought everybody together 😂😂😂😂. He wants to make sure that everybody knows that Jordan is the one that got the call 🤣🤣🤣….but what he needs to know is that Jordan was boring af and Jasmin is the one that is in charge of the girls now😂

I don't like Preston.
So I went to a live show of Kempire’s Friday night and some of the cast was there. Silas stated that Preston has been straight doing shows for TV… lying about being in touch with Silas and making up stuff just to be messy… Silas said he’s been calling Preston to the table to chat about it that’s not true and he would apologize but do another interview and lie about something else again 🤷🏽♀️😆🤷🏽♀️

@@bosse1092 seeing as he wanted to be on TV since he was younger, and he had the opportunity to do so but he turned it down, I can definitely see him ruining a friendship for some "fame". I wish he would have kept up with the lies he told, so it's less obvious, but 🤷🏾♀️ Not everyone can curve their sneaky side
