- A new RC600 Editor is available that provides you with a Graphical User Interface and allows you to edit, modify and adjust all the settings & memories of your Boss RC600 Loopstation!!
This Editor is available now and is made for Windows 10 & higher operating systems. (A Mac version is not yet available, tho your Mac computer could use a Windows 10 Emulator in order to use this version)

The fact that people think this is expensive is ridiculous for what it is and does. I'm sure it was no small feat to write this code and the guy deserves every dollar, and it basically rockets the RC600 into the very top of the spectrum for loopers. It was already extremely powerful and now it becomes way more usable. JMHO of course.

Thank You for the Editor Walk-thru.I downloaded the demo editor,while watching your video.Having had the RC-50 and RC-300.I'm All For using a computer screen instead of a little window to program your looper. They say time is money.Much less the Frustration of squinting and turning a knob--and scrolling to find what you're looking for. From your demo---This Editor is well worth the money to me. I'm Really Glad a Editor has Finally been written. I'm in Total Agreement with Tony McKenzie's Comment,below...

Glad it helped! There is a lot more to this machine than most people even know ... it is a worthwhile endeavor, but does require excessive learning and other brain-related work ...
@@the_michaelsphere t works, but the strange/worrying thing is that the RC600 is "connecting..." (display) permanently and all the lights are blinking like a disco....

can i make 6 rigs/patches, attach them with 6 loop tracks, and turn them on with the respective 6 loop tracks when I am looping?
Hi & thanks for watching!! If I am understanding correctly, you wish to have a different set of Fx become active for each track, when they are played back?
I believe yes, this is possible, at least partially, using Assigns behind the scenes ...
There would be some difficult obsticles and limitations, however ... and likely might require external effects chains and/or midi-capable MultiFx processors alongside the RC . .
How to record a third instrument? Only two inputs
Those two instrument inputs are stereo ... they can be changed to be four mono inputs, or two mono & one stereo input, or leave as two stereo ins ... thats all there is, (not including the two mic ins)
Beyond this, you can still use an external mixer for more input capacity ...
40 Usd is too much in my case.
Granted, there are parts of the world where $40 equates to much more than it does in other parts of the world ...
Very instructive video. I started digging into this but for the moment I have a problem: I have my guitar plugged in and I would like to change the output signal that goes into my soundcard from RC 600, but when I move the cursor left or right, I can't hear any change. I tried from Memory Editor and System Editor but is not doing anything. Please help, thanks.
When you change a setting on your screen, you should then sync that change to your RC ... I believe the RC wont refresh on its own ... the new settings must be sent to the RC ..
@@the_michaelsphere Found it finally, cheers! I thought that would be like my Line6 HX Effects where I can edit live anything and get the change instantly. This RC 600 is a great device but it takes quite a long time to understand and fiddle with its settings and the music inspiration disappears. If you have time and passion please make a video where you can show step by step how you set up the device for a short loop, using single and multi, assigning an effect on one track, using a simple drum groove, it will help a lot of rookies like me. Thanks anyway.

@@rc600editor You see - some guys don't get it do they... for the price of a few 'Maccy D' burgers these days they could save hour after hour with this app. And actually pay for something that IS worth the money for sure.
@@tonymckenzieofficial right, I own the RC600 since Februar 2023 and I tried to learn how it works...but it's too complex and has too many options...so I lost interest.
This Editor, even for 50$, makes the difference between collecting dust or using the RC600
