The plush idea is BRILLIANT, given that most people bought the original Neuro plush just to take photos of it next to stuff. Making it have swappable expressions would increase the number of comedic situations you could photograph it in. It's also the main reason Nendos and Figma are so popular. Give it a shocked face, a smug face, an overwhelmed face, and and angry face and it WILL sell.
IDK if they talk about how the heads could attach, but I could see it where you can use a button and could snap it on. Would be wild to see tho since the head could turn 360 degrees. I will be curious about that one.

Swappable heads sound like too much of a hassle - but I would totally go for swappable faces. Replace the human face with a raw machine face and include a set of swappable human faces attachable using velcro. Include a small gym bag to store faces and your golden.

It could work with an individual code for each expression stitched somewhere on them. The codes that you do have would be inputted manually into the gacha with the gacha excluding codes authenticated and already submitted. That way people wouldn't be able to "cheat" the system by guaranteeing the new expression, and still keep it fun as a gacha. Hopefully I communicated the idea properly. 😅

At the end of the day it's merch, so it needs to be something that fans want to buy and the polled chat said no. Even if a greater fanbase that doesn't watch streams may want it, the data shows it's not a great idea.
