In a body of water underneath the surface you see the most precious treasure. Beauty itself, YOURSELF. But when the surface of that water is rippling you no longer see it even though you know it is there underneath. Still the water by not touching the surface and the treasure will be seen clearly again. Mind are the ripples on the surface, if you want to see the treasure underneath then don't go with mind and the surface water will still itself and that which is underneath will be clear. Repeat until there is no more doubt that the treasure isn't there when ripples play on the surface.
