7:19 there, under the case, between gear selector and case, was a little bearing ball?i have the 2 washers but when cases are together, mine is stuck.don t rotate. please help me bro
I need to put a new top end on mine... would you recommend taking the tank off and doing it with the engine still installed the bike, or take the engine out? how hard is it to take the engine out? EDIT. engine is out. Do u havea vid on setting up the rigging of throttle, and clutch?
One thing, I have installed the clutch cam in the same way, it does exactly the same as in the video and when I installed it I tried it and it doesn't engage. I don't know if you could help me.
hi, my d50b0 engine has 3k kilometers so its pretty new and stock, but it doesnt shift well after a 3 month stand still, a few days ago it suddendly shifted normal which was really cool but now it only shifts 1-2 and sometimes Neutral, what can it be? yes i drove all 6 gears already
@@Lloyd667 you’re a lucky man: I found the problem after spending too much time on looking for the failure online like you probably and changing spare parts i just changed the shifting rod to a new rod (Schaltwelle auf deutsch) for 50€. It was totally bend and worn out. 6 Months wasted time thanks to a 50€ fix 😂. Grüße aus Deutschland

Clutch doesnt engage, or the rod?
Hello, I have a question. How do you tighten the head screws?
@@ugwd4369 just hold it and tighten. Big nuts to 15nm and small bolts to 8nm
Can someone please explain to me why my clutch rod isn't going all the way in?
Just twist it till it goes in
@@rudolfs450 i tried but a good amount of the rod stays outside and it doesnt rotate
