Hi Kate. Love watching your video. I'm 71 and lost my husband six and a half years ago. I'm very eclectic with with all my things I buy from the thrift shop. I love it, it makes me happy and that's what counts. God Bless ❤❤❤❤
My beautiful cat, that was my companion for 17 years passed in May. We rarely ever had a mouse issue. A week after she passed...mice were starting to show up in drawers and cabinets! Someone told me to put out peppermint oil on cotton balls everywhere and sprinkle cinnamon as well. I did pretty heavy. I haven't seen a mouse since and everything smells soooo good!
I just had my third heart attack last Friday and coming to your video gives me so much calm and peace and healing. Those birds were magnificent.. I love your cinemetography. Hannah Dugan catches mice in mason jars ,I think by using peanut butter, then she drives them far away and releases them. Maybe you could try that...I love how little Charlie didn't want to go out.He just wanted to stay and cuddle. My dogs love their sweaters too. Have a blessed week everyone.
I wish you did a video everyday. The calmness of your voice and sweet nature just seem to relax my soul. Even watching you enjoy the little things in life gives me serenity. Charlie is such an adorable companion. ❤
@@littlebohocottagei think there are several oils that repeat them. My son lives in Charlotte downtown and his apt is infested. If he will just listen to me...🙄
Maple syrup in moderation is a healthy food and has a long shelf life after opened and refrigerated (a year). It is 100% natural vs non dairy whipping cream. Just saying.... why not have a splash every now and then? Much less processed than whipped cream and typically bottled in recyclable glass vs the aluminum canisters of whipping cream (not to mention the nitrous oxide gas canister inside the can needed to produce the foamy whipped cream, is not recycled.) Just a thought. Most chocolate has added refined sugar unlike maple syrup which has 100% natural sugar.
Hi Kate, Thank you acknowledging our devastating fires. It is truly heartbreaking 💔. My childhood hometown will never be the same. My family roots run long and deep. I had a minor loss when compared to my old old neighbors, friends, classmates and former family members. At the same time, there is a lot to be grateful for. It could have been a lot worst. I have spent many hours outdoors this week. I feel being in nature is a great place to start the healing process. Thank you again. ❤
Hi Kate. Clip off the bottom leaves of the fig and clip off a third off the top at some point where there’s a set of leaves. Keep it in water or a container of moist soil. I am rooting 3 fig “trees” from clippings of a fig tree that are only about 4-6 inches tall. The key is to give the energy to the roots and not the leaves. Hope it works for you. They do not need sunlight to root.
I was also thinking Kate @littlebohocottage could wrap some wire, that has small holes, around the outside of whatever pot plant she wants to keep in the space where the mice were. That would definitely stop them using it as a place to nest. Then, if she doesn’t like how the wire looks, that’s a good reason to get crafty and use the wires as a structure for something… maybe train a small vine to grow over it (planted in the pot - perhaps as a companion to a bigger plant, like the fiddle leaf) or maybe making some of those super cute mushrooms or 🍄 she has made before, from the clementines but having them poking out of the wires instead of on a string… you get the idea… 😊
Thank you for soothing me…i watch you since two years, not commenting much, but please believe me, you are the only social media source that makes sense…i am currently struggling with the “meaning of life”. At 45, without kids, as a nurse, I am running into so many questions I do not have answer for. It seems like asking myself “but why do i live at all?” leaves me silent. I give it space but it is scary not seeing the horizon…i get anxious and then you come with another video, which gives me a little bit of comfort and joy I cannot find other way, lately. ❤
Hey from Australia Kate. Having been through a horrendous bushfire three years ago here ( house next door was destroyed, we have a firefighting unit and thank goodness for the firies - we had minimal damage) my heart goes out to all the people impacted by the Californian wildfires. May I implore everybody who can, to donate money. We have, in part, to honour the memory of three American firefighters who died defending our country. We will never forget their ultimate sacrifice. 🦋
Your sensitivity is beautiful - thinking about those in Los Angeles affected by the fires. It is awful. My friend lives near L.A. and sweeps ashes away every day from her porch, though she's grateful she hasn't yet been evacuated. Thank you for being a kind and gentle soul. ❤
Thank you so much for this video, and for the shout out to the fires happening in my neck of the woods. I don't live in LA but I have friends who do, and those friends have family that lost their homes. I often don't know what to say in times like these, so I just try to find ways to help. I'm donating some of my seeds to the Altadena Free Seed Library (another fire hit historic artsy, working class city in LA county that burned to the ground), and offered babysitting services for free for parents who need a breather to just collect their thoughts without kids underfoot. Thank you again for your video. I was genuinely looking forward to it to see something peaceful and nice and not on fire. Your vlogs really do help so much. Thank you for being you.
Hi Kate. Congratulations on video 100! I watch you every episode. I live in an isolated location in a converted container in New Zealand. You get me through the lows in life and you have taught me to celebrate even the smallest of highs. Thank you for being so real. And the snow is so beautiful. I miss it so much. Your footage of the snow fall, I can almost smell and feel it.
Every Saturday morning, my 17-year-old cat Lily and I watch your video. We snuggle up and together, and she loves all the wildlife in your videos. And Charlie doesn't look so small on the big t.v. 😂. She is obsessed with him. When he makes noises or barks, her ears perk up. As always, kiss Charlie for me. And stay warm. It's been snowing and very cold here in Montana this week. 😢❤
Hello Kate. I think the best chance of survival for your fig is to cut it right back to 2 or 3 leaves as there’s too much top growth for it to support with virtually no roots. Beautiful video especially the geese. ❤
It was so cold and dark here in England today, am missing my sunny homeland of Australia so much atm 😢Decided to walk into town today wearing my fluffy pink (thrifted!) coat to cheer myself up a bit - did chuckle when I saw your video and you’d done the same! Treated myself to a hot chocolate and had some nice chats with some friendly shop staff, I am trying to take a leaf out of your book and stay positive 😊Really enjoyed your video, it ended my day on a good note, hope you have a great weekend Kate with little Charlie 🙏
Ooh ... that sounds like a lovely day! Especially the hot chocolate : ) It's hard missing home, though : ( Sending hugs ...and wishing you a wonderful weekend❤❤❤
Hello Dear Kate 🤗💕. I had really nice things to say watching the beginning but in the shock of big mice in your house-eating your plant roots I forgot...& I thought at 1st you were joking at Charlie barking at a mouse ran behind the stove?? I'd freak out. I'm in my mid 70s & if my fur baby chihuahua Hershey saw a big mouse I'd freak 😢. Seriously though. Maybe not as much when I was younger; no I would've still freaked 😅. With all this said; I once lived in a house that the downstairs floor had big closet which a box saved from a TV purchased that mice shredded the Styrofoam stuff inside from mice which my adult son had to come & get out. And handle for me. Since then I don't save cardboard boxes. I don't live there anymore either lol. But I found 1 of the things that repell them is Peppermint. So though no other critters were found I tied Peppermint teabags on the legs of everything on that floor- it's what I had. With that said I love your videos as they're so well made , inspiring & there's always beauty. You do find treasures in thrift stores & decorate your house so well. Your photography is great, a true gift. Pancakes are a wonderful memory from your time with Bella that you'll always have. My heart also tugs with the loss of lives & homes in California. I pray for them as watch reports in shock. I live in the smoky mountains of western NC and we still have people living in tents & make-shift homes as a result of Helene passing through just 45 minutes from me. I'm so fortunate to be ok in my little cottage. The loss of lives, homes, animals & jobs has been horrific. I can't imagine what they'll go through in LA. We count our blessings & hug our loved ones, fur babies. Take care of yourself, have a safe winter. 💕
Hello Kate and Charlie ❤. You make me realize with every day, as with every season, there is something to be thankful for. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I hope you have a soft and peaceful weekend ❤❤
Hi Kate. We had to put down our beloved dog of nearly 15 years yesterday 😢. My world is completely shattered and I’m so heartbroken as I am home and my sweet Ramsey is no longer here. I’m so stricken with grief, taking it moment by moment, trying to find my new normal. 0:05 You and Charlie are bringing my heart and little comfort during my mourning period. Thanks!
I'm so sorry for the passing of your beloved friend. I found a sickly little puppy and we had 14 yrs of adventures together, but the humane thing was to have a mobile vet come to the house... I still wish he would have passed on his own, but saving our loves needless suffering is the best we can do for them (even if it's harder on us). Blessings ~ Joy
@@reneehunt906 I’m so sorry. Ramsey’s brother Riley died at 8. It was comforting to have Ramsey still with us. I’m so devastated without Ramsey though. I knew I loved Ramsey but I did not know how much until now that he’s gone! Praying comfort for us all.
Hi Kate, just chop off a bit of the trunk, where the roots were, and let it root in water, within a month or two you will see roots coming out. You can even cut it into two plants and root both, then you’ll have two plants. Fiddle leaf are easy to propagate and grow fast .
A nice peaceful week...Expecting snow in Massachusetts this weekend. My home state is California (Escondido)and my heart hurts for the people there. I hope your plant thrives! I love that you find beauty in nature!
Hello Kate, a great video, love to see the Canadian geese fly over too, we have quite a few living here on the Wirral G.B. Lots of Geese fly over many varieties not far from where I live ,there is a big bird sanctuary of marsh land , I'm always amazed how far these birds migrate each season, noise is superb, almost like they chat to,each other all the time. Re. The LA fires here we had a lot of coverage news bulletins, I can't imagine any thing so horrific for all my thoughts are with all who have been affected.💐🇬🇧 Peace Love & Light . 💚
Sending you and Charlie big hugs back over the seas, from West Devon, England. Thank you for all the work you put in to making these lovey videos. The murmuration of the birds is such an amazing sight to see in real life, as well as in this video. I have seen starlings do the same, and it is such a wonderful sight. Love to the two of you from Jilly & Madge. xxx
Btw a funny fact about me- i love mice. When i was a child we lived in a very old house. My mother told me once that when i was 1 year old or so she found a very tiny young mouse next to me, sleeping under the blankets. I used to put tiny dishes with bread crumbs and cheese on the floor “so that mice could eat as they are hungry and nobody loves them”. Poor mice, just like the pigeons why people hate them much or are scared? They also look so adorable with tiny eyes… i might not be a big fan of spiders though… Btw i hope that everyone uses a mice-friendly traps nowadays…
@@Miek80 .. they may be cute BUT mice have no bladder control and they urinate on all the surfaces they walk on. They also do 50-70 droppings per day, so mice contaminate basically everything they touch. Prefer them not to live in my house..hard enough to keep the place clean with a partner, let alone a bunch of rodents! 😊
They are very destructive. Chew electrical and can start a house fire. They are vermin, pee and poop everywhere. If they get into your ductwork, you'll be breathing in the feces dust. Can make you very sick.
Thank you for being so compassionate towards the people affected by the LA fires. I lived in LA for years but am from and live in NorCal and it's been disheartening how some people have been so not compassionate towards Californians. Love the candelabra!
You have highlighted something I didn't twig until this video - that I tend to wear black, navy and dark grey in the winter - and instead, should be wearing cheerful, bright colours to brighten my mood and cheer my day. So I'm off to the thrift shops tomorrow to find one. Lovely video.
Oooh! I squealed when I saw the crystal candle holder! I’m a sucker for brass and crystal. It is beautiful. Your poor fig tree. I hope it is able to grow new roots. Fire cider has been a staple in my home for almost 30 years. My kids tolerated it but my oldest daughter now makes her own every year. I love the idea of using it as salad dressing.
Kate, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now and no matter how many times I make a comment or a positive suggestion, you’ve not commented once on my comments. Did they offend you, because I’m always so complimentary when I post comments. What I’d like to say about this video is it is just 🤩 beautiful as are all your videos. The birds were such a treat, flying and dancing as though they were tiny ballerina’s giving their final performance on the stage. So enchanting and mesmerizing. Ty for sharing that. Kate, as I watched your video, I saw a lot of your plants through out the cottage need attention. I noticed a lot of the leaves on the plants were ready to fall off. Some looked like they need a haircut. Many have gotten too much sun. Lots of yellow leaves begging to be re😮moved for new growth. Fig trees can tolerate partial shade but thrive in full sun. I never use outside soil for any of my plants, as mice love to nest in the dirt and then urinate and poop in the soil, thus poisoning your beloved plants.😥 The little rodents burrow into outside soil to keep cool in the summer and warm in winter. You can always call a florist and ask them for advice.🪴🪷🍃 Your home is beautiful like you and your videos are magical to this 70 year-old boho gal! ❤love your vintage chandelier, how beautiful. Bye for now Kate. xxooxx
I am sure your comments are not offensive. There are many, many, times I’ve commented on videos with no response. I just assume that the content creator is busy & has hundreds of comments to read. I comment to help the algorithm & the creator, not to be noticed (I’m not saying that’s what you are doing:). Take comfort in knowing you are helping Kate’s channel by commenting & I’m sure others, like myself, enjoy reading your comments! 😊
I lived in Spokane, WA and sunset was 3:45 DARK at 4 in the afternoon! My SAD was so bad (it was torture) I had to leave the PNW. Never heard of mice taking over an indoor planter, I hope your gorgeous fiddle leaf recovers.
I had to add another comment - those geese were so amazing to watch. I love watching birds flying in flocks and I am very lucky to live near Slimbridge Wetlands centre here in the UK. It was founded by Peter Scott.
Hi Kate, I agree with you. There’s something special about the sun during the winter months shining through a window. The warmth that it gives you is fabulous. ❤. Enjoy your peaceful videos.
Oh Kate,I feal bad for those people in L.A. I also feal bad because after 12 yrs hubby got Furloughed ( laid off) for 8 wks& if work doesn't get better he will be regular laid off. Please pray for L.A.& my hubby.😢 Thank you.😊
I absolutely love that fuzzy coat! I remember when you bought it. I wouldn't have been able to pass it up, either! I'm sorry you're having such a time with mice. They just want to be warm and find food and, unfortunately, your house is a welcoming haven for them! If you can figure out where they're coming in, steel wool works great to keep them out. I had the privilege of seeing the Snow Geese several years ago. It was such a thrill watching them taking turns circling and landing on the pond. I took MANY pictures of them! Thank you for sharing another little slice of your life with us. We always enjoy it!
It's funny how we change what we eat and we think it's still healthy but it's all the hidden carbs.I went through the same thing and im definitely better for it. Love your cottage home and its funny watching the thrift and replace. I'm a minimalist and I do similar things. Well done and good luck with your getting well. ❤
Hello! I love your RUclips channel. I am an HSP/INFJ and identify with many things you share. I recently purchased "The Power of Resilience", based on one of your past videos. I appreciate having learned about the book. Had it not been for watching your channel, I wouldn't have come across a book that I really need at this point in my life. Thank you! Love Charlie!
Hi Sandra, I am an INFJ too but what is HSP? I saw that book here too and have on my Amazon wishlist. I’ve actually gotten several books after watching Kate. 😁
Kate, you look fabulous in that peachy coat…. It’s your color! Love you so…you get me through the long NY winter! Love your boho thrifting style too! Rock on girl! ❤
Rewatched your video, and see Charlie wants some of your panakes! Haha. Healthy organic non-GMO pancakes are always a good idea. I top them with Amish ghee, pure maple syrup and almond whipped cream. Yum! That candle lamp is gorgeous. Wow, you have only 500 sq ft. You have designed/decorated/staged it to the fullest. Yes, all our hearts are heavy to the evils of the world and in unceasing prayer! That mouse story was outrageous. Hello sweet Charlie!
Hi Kate, I really enjoy watching your beautiful photography. The Hudson Valley is glorious. I live in country Australia and your valley is such a contrast with my environment. Yes we do have kangaroos, snakes, goannas and beautiful bird life in our backyard. There is nothing cuddly about our wildlife and environment but it is to be viewed with awe and respect!❤
I just stumbled on a video of a kangaroo using someone's boxing bag in their backyard. Wooo ... those guys pack a serious punch! You're so right ... awe and respect to Australia's amazing wildlife!!!!!!!❤❤❤
If you trim the plant with a slant cut & dip the end in a rooting hormone & set it back in water it will definitely root. However it will take a little while. It definitely works Ive done this before.
Thanks again for another wonderful video. The shots of the flying geese were gorgeous. Tell Charlie when he started barking, he intimidated my much-larger dog who started growling! Ha ha, go Charlie.
Hi Sweet Boho Gal.....Another great and fun video. I just love watching you and Charley.....Oh what a sweet surprise to see all those geese Flying on a beautiful winter day.
Hi Kate lovely video always enjoy watching you an gorgeous Charlie, l miss cuddling with my cat he passed away last November it's sad without him,but life goes on 😢don't think l want anymore pets for now too heartbreaking 😢, well l love what you got from your thrifting so beautiful, l do the same donate then collect more things 😮those pancakes 🥞 are my favourite when lm craving something sweet 😋 Have a wonderful week stay well an warm Kate an Charlie 😊❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Kate. Oh my goodness…those sneaky little mice!! Did you scream when they ran out of the pot? I lived in an apartment in an old house and it was full of mice. They are so cute but still freak me out when they scurry by. Oh those birds….breathtaking. I really hope you see your snow geese. Charlie is very proud of his tongue! Enjoy a cozy weekend with him in your beautiful boho cottage. Love Angie💕and Daisy🐾
Love you vlogs they always uplifting on days when all your followers as well new followers!!! Charlie as well .. this has been terrible year with depression for me . Much love to all !! Keep up the great work . Be safe . As I love thrifting as well . ❤
I watch you all the time but have never left a comment. Today I felt I wanted to let you know this 81 year old southern lady enjoys your videos. Love all the nature scenes, Charlie, all the things you make, your cooking, and how you seem to enjoy your life. I would be proud to be your mother and know your mother is so proud of you. You have a sweet and loving personality. By the way, I do have a daughter and a son, three grandchildren ( 1 granddaughter and 2 grandsons), and am now enjoying being a great grandmother to 2 great grandsons and 1 great granddaughter. Looking forward to a great granddaughter in May. Enjoying life with my husband of 62 and 1/2 years. So I can say God has been good to me. Love from deep southeast Mississippi.❤❤❤
Thank you for another lovely calming and cheering video. Your house looks so cozy, and I guess the mice think so, too. I live in an old house surrounded by a dairy farm and at certain times of the year it's a constant battle with mice and rats. My cat is getting old now and he really can't be bothered catching a mouse or a rat. I loved your thrift store find and I think it was just meant to be there especially for you. Lovely to see the winter days drawing out and the beautiful skies you have. Kindest thoughts to you and Charlie from New Zealand.
Hank you for the beautiful video, the geese are Canada geese and that was the most Canada geese I have ever seen migrating. It’s definitely a thrill, btw, Canada geese mate with one mate for life. It’s very rare in the bird world.
Hi Kate! I just recently stumbled on your channel and I wanted to tell you I love it! You are such a beautiful soul! I love your transparency, courage and just how you are real. I find that there are a lot of similarities between us so I just smile. Thank you for all you do to bring us a little smile and for bringing us into your life. You are a huge blessing!!! :)
Love to watch your videos, especially when you go to the thrift store and when you move/decorate your cute cottage. I would freak out if I saw a mouse in my house, aren't you scared? How do they come in? No No No for me!!! Have a good weekend. ;)
I love the glass candle holder, if you put it on the windowsill the sun will throw little rainbow fairies onto your walls etc. If I was you I’d check all my other potted plants for mice. If they’re in one of the pots the chances are there are more. I’d take them all up the garden and leave them there before you’re overrun. The thought that they’re running around when I’m out or asleep would give me the eeby-geebies. 💐
Hi Kate! Although we can't live with mice in our houses, there are alternatives to the mean, glue traps and I think they work better! Try a have a heart trap. Tomahawk co. puts them out and they work right away. Put a little cotton ball in the back of the trap because they have to nest or they won't survive and check them in the morning. Good luck! I live in the Western Catskills and I caught four of them and released them down the road far enough so they would not come back. I haven't had one since.
Hi Kate! Your pancakes look absolutely delicious 😊. Thank you for being such a sweet and lovely person. Watching you and Charlie always make my day. 💕-Elise
Yes! The longer days in Oregon are definitely a plus. Especially because the temperatures are dropping wildly over here. Thank you for the peace and the calm. It is so needed right now on the West Coast. Prayers for the people in Los Angeles!
Alternatives to maple syrup on pancakes: No sugar jam with a dash of vanilla. Thin slices of apple pushed into each pancake on the griddle. Pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice in the batter. Heat up blueberries with a little water in a sauce pan and thicken with a cornstarch slurry. The sauce freezes well.
I always love your videos and look forward to them, waiting each day to see you. I love all the things you love (thrifting, white blouses, white ANYTHING, cottages, big flowy dresses. Keep doing you because you bring me such joy!
The birds were amazing to see. God's beautiful creation. Love seeing Charlie. Also, great find at the GW. I love you little cottage. Hope you get to see the snow geese soon.
The fig will need to work hard at producing roots so with all the leaves it may struggle. I'd cut it (don't get sap on you) and try smaller cuttings, some rooting hormone etc. I know you'll lose the height, but you may keep the plant. You'll need a few leaves at top and two or three nodes to plant in soil to get roots. Try same in a bucket of water too. You will need clean, cuts. You might get three cuttings from that.
Grow blueberries, rhubarb, oregano, hazelnuts, strawberries, tomatoes in pots snd do much more! Such a blessing to enjoy these treats, and oh yes, asparagus! Love May when the raspberries plants begin. Blessed to have the four seasons. A lot like Upper state New York, I worked as a model for many years in the city. Was blessed to go so. But love the North Woods of Wisconsin!!! Can identify with so much of what I see on your Vlog! Your are such a girly girl. A joy yo watch you embrace who you are. Good for you! Keep it up and be proud! I am proud of you! Krystyna
Hi Kate, I love Will Trent and Betty is so cute just like Charlie. I hope you are able to save your fig tree, they are so pretty. Looking forward to your 100th video 🎉
I’m about to watch again, lol! It’s what I do… watch, comment, watch again. I can’t get out the way you do, so I soak in all that I can from each of your videos, thank you very much! Amazing that this is number 99!!! Thank you so much for conquering every obstacle to continue making these videos. They are a blessing to so many of us out here soaking up the rays of sunshine from and through you, and Charlie too, of course. Sending lots of love ❤️
@ For years I kept trying to fix what turned out to be AGING along with my own genetics manifesting in physical realities I was unhappy with. Now that I get it that I was just progressing towards 70 in my unique body, this helps a little. Acceptance still always seems to be lagging behind, lol! But I’m finally starting at more my real starting point of discovering what I still CAN do. Kate’s stories are always a shot in the arm that reinvigorates my desires to do more, and the feelings of ‘I can’ and the ways that maybe I can at least take the baby steps forward to expand again…. even though whatever limitations that I do have to accept. Of course some days are easier to feel positive 💐😘❤️

May I implore everybody who can, to donate money. We have, in part, to honour the memory of three American firefighters who died defending our country. The two of you watching Will Trent is so cute. I love that show too.
Thank you for this video Kate.🙂 You can use the Have a Heart mouse traps and relocate them back outside.
There is still more beauty and goodness in this world than bad. I love your beautiful spirit of joy. 😁❤️🕊️
Thanks for your comments on the fires- it has been very hard to deal with. But this is when resilience and a strong heart are needed.
So sad, but I think you're right : ( Hope you have a great weekend!❤❤❤
I agree. I’m a big green thumb gal. And I do fertilize with indoor plant food.you can add some root stimulant too
My thoughts exactly!
Thanks, was wondering if someone had advice.
@@flowerpower3618 YES rooting hormone pwder might help
Thank you so much : ) I hope you have a peaceful and beautiful weekend, too!❤❤❤
Have a good day, good to hear from you, stay warm stay safe, stay blessed ❤
Our precious corgi died in April last year. She was only 10. She was diagnosed with lymphoma and died two weeks later!! Absolutely heartbreaking!
@@JB-pd4ni Thank you for these words.
Love to the two of you from Jilly & Madge. xxx
🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️
I spend many days alone and love thrifting.
What a score Kate!....so happy you gave into your intuition for a treasure ❤ love it ( wish I had it) ...lol
I was so happy to find it! Hope you find one just like it!❤❤❤
Love the new lamp. Perfect in that place. Great find.
So happy to have found it!❤❤❤
Love the candle holder! And thanks for showing us the birds in flight. Nature is so amazing!!! Thank you😊
Love the sound is Canadian Geese in the Fall snd Spring each year. Their sounds delight my souls. Krystyna in Wisconsin
I love them, too! ❤❤❤
It's funny how we change what we eat and we think it's still healthy but it's all the hidden carbs.I went through the same thing and im definitely better for it. Love your cottage home and its funny watching the thrift and replace. I'm a minimalist and I do similar things. Well done and good luck with your getting well. ❤
the thrift and replace shuffle : ) It definitely helps keep things paired down! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!❤❤❤
Love your home's ambiance. It really shows your personality and it's beautifully done. Thanks for sharing a little part of your life with us.
Thank you : ) And thank you so much for watching!!!❤❤❤
HSP stands for Highly Sensitive Person. There's a great book by Elaine Aaron that describes HSP traits.
We LOVE Will Trent too!!
It definitely works Ive done this before.
thank you for the tip!!!!! I want so badly to save her!❤❤❤
LOVE your new purchase. So pretty. It’s the little things…
Thanks again for another wonderful video. The shots of the flying geese were gorgeous. Tell Charlie when he started barking, he intimidated my much-larger dog who started growling! Ha ha, go Charlie.
Hahah ... big dogs are always a little overwhelmed by the little guys, lol! Have a wonderful weekend!❤❤❤
WOW
Beautiful
Gods MASTERPIECE his GLORY Everywhere❤😇
I grew up eating pancakes with peanut butter and applesauce on them. No syrup needed. 😊
Oh my word! I've never heard of that! But I bet it's delicious!❤❤❤
Hi Sweet Boho Gal.....Another great and fun video. I just love watching you and Charley.....Oh what a sweet surprise to see all those geese Flying on a beautiful winter day.
I love watching Will Trent and Betty too.

Thank you, Angie and Daisy : ) And yes... I definitely scream with the mice!!! Have a great weekend!❤❤❤
I especially enjoy your videos right now with all the gloom in winter 😘
Love you vlogs they always uplifting on days when all your followers as well new followers!!! Charlie as well .. this has been terrible year with depression for me . Much love to all !! Keep up the great work . Be safe . As I love thrifting as well . ❤
I'm so sorry : ( Sending BIG BIG hugs. I hope this is a good weekend for you! ❤❤❤
@@littlebohocottagethank you !! Mouses are getting into everything , as all over you tube .
Love that you treated yourself to the little table chandelier. Sooo pretty
That little Charlie brings so many smiles. Sugar free chocolate chips by Lily’s are really good. They also have chocolate bars. ❤
I'm so glad people love him : ) That makes me so happy!❤❤❤
Such coziness and peace and joy, thank you Kate for all the beauty and the nature. You are our weekly gift. 💜🙏
The birds were amazing.
You sound so much like me. I’ve been decluttering also and every time I drop off the stuff, I have to go in and take a look just in case 😊
Wow, the birds are so majestic .
The birds were so beautiful!!!!!
Have a good weekend. ;)
Ahhhhh peace and calm. Thank you for another beautiful glimpse into your lovely world!
Thank you for being here : )❤❤❤
I love the glass candle holder, if you put it on the windowsill the sun will throw little rainbow fairies onto your walls etc.
❤xoxo love watching your videos Kate and your puppy. Your so sweet and down to earth. 🐶🐾🩵
Hi Kate! Your pancakes look absolutely delicious 😊. Thank you for being such a sweet and lovely person. Watching you and Charlie always make my day. 💕-Elise
I appreciate that, Elise! Thank you so much for watching!❤❤❤
That peach coat looks great on you!! Your color for sure.
Love love your personality you make me laugh and cry. I can tell your a awesome person don't ever forget it ❤❤❤
Aw, thank you : ) I really appreciate that! Have a lovely weekend : )❤❤❤
Yes! The longer days in Oregon are definitely a plus. Especially because the temperatures are dropping wildly over here. Thank you for the peace and the calm. It is so needed right now on the West Coast. Prayers for the people in Los Angeles!
Alternatives to maple syrup on pancakes:
No sugar jam with a dash of vanilla.
Thin slices of apple pushed into each pancake on the griddle.
Pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice in the batter.
Heat up blueberries with a little water in a sauce pan and thicken with a cornstarch slurry. The sauce freezes well.
Thanks for the ideas! I'm going to try the blueberry one soon : ) ❤❤❤
I always love your videos and look forward to them, waiting each day to see you. I love all the things you love (thrifting, white blouses, white ANYTHING, cottages, big flowy dresses. Keep doing you because you bring me such joy!
Oooo good thing you went into Goodwill! Great treasure ❤🎉 see you next time 😊
Your cottage is so cozy. I’m always inspired by your content. ❤
Thank you : ) ❤❤❤
The birds were amazing to see.
Applesauce is wonderful on Pancakes! Great alternative to syrup ☺️ I absolutely LOVE your thrift find!
I had a very, very busy week and today, after the last meeting of the day, I found your video. It felt like a little gift for my soul. Thank you! ❤
Same here .... I've lost my freedom. 💔💔. WE take so much for granted.
Hi Kate I love your videos your poor plant I hope it makes it. Seeing all those birds was beautiful thanks for sharing 💕
Another beautiful video. Thank you so much!!! You bring joy, peace and serenity to my day!!!
Love your videos ❤ Charlie makes my heart dance.
He does that to me, too : ) I'm so glad you enjoy the videos! Have a lovely weekend❤❤❤
And noticing your beautiful hair, solovely both ways, but those bangs are so especially cute! Enjoy your beauty, dear, glad to see you so happy and at peace, it shows!
You’re a lovely morning person! Truly. Not everyone looks that pretty while mixing toilet cleaner. 😂❤️🏡 Love your show! I haven’t taken a “series suggestion” seriously for a long time. I see WT in my future. ✌🏼 PS The sun will change my day…life giving
