How long did this take? And how many people live in that household with that amount of food in your refrigerator?
Also if you cut out the label from the item and put that in the container or bag so you know how to cook them when you go back.

How do you keep the cut veggies and herbs from all freezing together in one block inside the containers?
I guess they form a block if there's any water in them. She strained them well enough to remove all the water.

You chopped your veggies and fruits and freeze them..are the containers specifically for freezing or can I use any containers for freezing?
I'm trying to start getting prepared
This was calming…..but cutting certain vegetables and fruits oxidases them really quickly and they spoil faster. The shelf life is not long unless you freeze it. I own a food vacuum sealer.

@@ashmurad Unfortunately I work a full time job and as a full time student, so I do not really have any spare time. Still always fun to see what other people can do though. Maybe in the future I can do more at home. I do something similar at my work though as a prep manager and a cook.

Metal is not really good for non stick pans. It can scrape the coating off and get into your food, as well as making the pans non stick surface not work overtime.
