My new fave! Loved everything about this - the colour scheme in the house and the open plan airy spaces, the garden and the planting, and the amazing home cinema/games room! 🥰
Yes, Home Design Games did amazing work with the colour scheme and layout in this one. It’s such a huge space when you play it it’s tempting to cram as many bedrooms and reception rooms in as you can get away with but they’ve gone for the really luxurious attitude of ‘no, I’m going to have ALLLLL this space for just two people’ ☺️
The garden was a bit intimidating for the same reason of its size but I did get to play with the swimming pool pieces from the workshop so that was nice! I’m really pleased with it 😃

really nice renovation i always hate doing the upstairs of this house because of the weird layout, but you made it look fantastic x

I'd previously done this house and managed to cram in four bedrooms (three ensuite 😨) but the genius of this design is the sheer luxury of having that whole floor for just one/two people 😍

Thank you so much Azura - I’m really sorry I don’t have the editing skills to do a full renovation video 😅 When I redo Home Design Games’ interiors in my game (usually before they release their renovation videos cause I’m too keen to wait!) I just pause their video at different point and recreate what I see there. Hope this helps!!
I am new to House Flipper. I love the back garden. I have a question about the fire pits you have in the back garden. I can't seem to find them in the game or in the workshop. Do you remember where or who you got them from?

How did you remove the garage doors
They’re still there! I used items from the Luxury DLC to stand in front of the doors outside - like the living plant walls or the water feature walls - to disguise them from outside, then inside I used SubZero’s poles from the workshop to make a false wall! Every time we get a new update or dlc I hope we’ll get the option to remove garage doors properly 😅
Do you need the Luxury DlC?
Realistically? Yes, because key items and dynamics like changing the windows, all the full length wall dividers and the high end furniture all comes from that DLC. It might be an interesting challenge to make as close as you can without it though? There's some really lovely items in the work shop after all!
Is there a video on how you made that bar and how you added bottles?
The bar pieces are from the Steam Workshop creator suBZero - for example this piece steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2416257258&searchtext=bar and the bottles are by Trillium - for example here steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2354644981 Trillium also does some really nice cocktails. It's in the workshop. If you search 'pool' the separate pool parts come up on the first page. The creator is suBZero 🙂

@@Buckwheatowen try picking out the designs that you like best from RUclips channels and recreate them in your game! With a bit of practice you’ll start to get an idea of what type of style you prefer and then you’ll be able to add your own tastes and twists to things. Give it a go!!
