AAI earn revenue and share with central govt. 3.so many things come under non aero. and aero revenue 4.Land acquisition is done by AAI with help of central and state govt. 5.no confusion on departure time but boarding always closed 20min prior of dep......rest depends on how busy airport is? 6.Airport do not place less chair as it is a concept platform where people don't stay for rather they go with their schedules. 7 .last pt AAI is a public sector undertaking which work to serve public rather than earning profit like other PSU. Just a fact, my flight was at 4:30AM but Google suggested that I should leave at around 2:45 even though my home was just 20 min away. So we can see that even Google is involved 😂. (I left at 3:15 and still waited 30 min at the terminal)

I never knew airlines spent approx 2k money to the airport per pessanger. I have booked flights from Bangalore to Mumbai couple of times and that cost me around 2500 to 3000 mostly. It means airlines earn nothing from the money I spent.. Shocking 😮😮😮. Thanks for this information. I really liked the business model videos.

I couldn't fully grasp it. 4. While airports are designed like malls, I haven’t seen many people purchasing items because the prices are too high. Who is impacted negatively by this-shop owners, the airport, or both? Or is no one affected? 5. Some comparisons could have been made, like how much profit an airport could make under certain conditions or how it might suffer losses due to certain factors. Overall, you're a fantastic storyteller, and I truly admire you as an inspiration. However, in this particular video, I felt there was an over-reliance on detailed references from websites or newspapers. It could have been made more engaging with a bit more drama, as audiences love a touch of storytelling flair. This is something I’ve noticed from observing people.
