It’s on a lower power map because it’s on the street. It would spin/god knows what else at very high power settings. This is like 1400hp, you can tell because of the trap speed in the 1/4. He let off early and still trapped higher than a 720s. On full boost, I bet it would trap 190mph or so, over 300kph for sure. No production street car can do anywhere in the 160+ range consistently. *edit: Chiron traps 158mph, this guy just trapped 154 on the street and let off for at least .75s. Pretty much consistent for 1400hp.

I had to get a stage 3 shep transmission upgrade for mine. Only makes 882 with the current gas that I'm able to get in my area. Wish we had E85 in my province. Should bump it up to 1150-1200 no problem. Car was tuned for both 91 and E85

Old truck automatic trannys have arround 27 - 31% Modern dualclutch/ manual trannys are between 20-27%. The gtr has something around 22 - 25% drivetrainlos, u can do the math if u want but it will take u like a half day 2 calculate all factors like oiltemp ,oilthickness, materials, twisting/sheering forces, moving parts, mass and so on , in.

All about weight. And above 1000hp you dont notice a lot in numbers. Example, my gti stock (230hp) does about 6 sec to 100kmh. And now with 340 it does 5.5. So 110hp gain just for 0.5 sec to 100kmh.
@@bravosava that is because your car has front wheel traction, so it can't really use well the power at low speed. A rwd or awd with that plus power can do much better in 0-100 km/h passing from 230 hp to 340 hp. FWD will always be slow in 0-100, also with 600 hp (crazy and unuseful on FWD), because of lack of traction, caused by the weight that in acceleration goes most to the rear tires. Try to do a 100-200 km/h, there will be a very big difference between 230 and 340 hp, because in that range of speed you can really use all the plus power, also with FWD. And for the weight, the Ferrari SF90 is lighter than the GTR, but not so much, it's still an heavy car. You are right when you say that above 1000 hp you don't notice big difference. From 250 to 500 hp there is a big difference, from 1000 to 2000 hp less difference in real performance.

@@omaryounis6751 Yup It’s mainly because of the transmission. The engine is capable, but the transmission is too smooth and spaced out to be sporty BUT…. I get up to 34mpg on the highway if I really baby it. So the granny gears pay off in a different way even if they don’t give much “wow” factor

For your information, the GTR didn't have traction at the start, you can se the driver fighting the steering wheel. And I believe it didn't had drag radials. If it had Drag Radials it could easily go under 2 seconds!
