The Fiat Cinq' was a great little car. I had an S model (S for Standard) 899cc. I only got rid of it when things started going wrong, on what seemed like a weekly basis! For my 40th (if I remember correctly) my Wife bought me a "Drive a Ferrari" voucher. I drove a 360 and it was like sitting in a sardine tin, compared to my little TARDIS Cinq. I kid you not. Nearly spat my coffee out when I saw the reg on the silver one. Mine was R704JBU. I sold it to a middle eastern guy. I don't know what happened after that, it's not even on the DVLA site anymore! Maybe it became a taxi in Bangladesh?
The maximum speed on the Mexican highway is 100 km/h, so if you go 80 miles, that equals 129 km/h. The fine is £47 for the first 10 km/h, then £9.75 per kilometre. So the fine is £47 + 19*£9.75 = £232,25. Given the full confession made in this video, further evidence seems unnecessary. Also really enjoyed the little Fiats and your funny accents :)
Hearing Jim improvising Cinquecento-themed tunes reminded me of the model's launch, when Fiat contracted a few prominent Italian musicians to create a song for the model's advertising campaign. My favorite is the one from Enrico Ruggeri, which was quite an earworm: ruclips.net/video/U8FQXlA0JUk/видео.html
Looks like a great little meet-up! If you ever do something similar in the south I'll make sure to pop along in my Panda 100HP!
Two of my kids have the new 500 but, if I could persuade my wife I would have a siecento. I love them. I love your posts.
Thank you!
Very entertaining boys , keep em coming 😊
Thank you!

I'm absolutely loving how much thought you put into this post lol ❤
Definitely has 'show your workings in the margin' vibe there
