There’s a way better way to grenade build for Harley. Youre going to tier 1 Bane set with the master death rattle and instead of the damage ramp up perk you want the “critical hits have a chance to spawn grenades” minigun. You really ramp up grenade damage with bane tier 1 and with the bane grenades (I used the tier 3 actually just because of the higher damage, and one point in bane tier 3 is a solid damage boost.) with the cluster grenades each bomb in the cluster has a another chance to pop the Harley talent that causes grenades to drop another live grenade.
