- Today, I'm thrilled to introduce an exciting new set of 3D-printed upgrade kits for Bludgeon from the Transformers Legacy Evolution toyline. In this video, we'll be showcasing a complete upgrade set produced by Black Soil, along with additional pieces from Tim Studio.
The main goal of these upgrades is to give Bludgeon a more pronounced samurai appearance, helping him stand out distinctly from Tarn. As you may know, Tarn and Bludgeon share the same mold but differ only in color and head sculpts. With these new upgrades, Bludgeon will truly embody the Cybertronian samurai warrior he's known for.
Bludgeon now boasts a striking samurai aesthetic that sets him apart from Tarn. These upgrades not only enhance his visual appeal but also reinforce his unique character within the Transformers Legacy Evolution line. Thank you for watching, and stay tuned for more exciting upgrades and reviews!

Bludgeon is based on his appearance in the IDW comics, is a redeco and new-head retool of Tarn; both from Transformers Legacy Evolution toy line. These upgrade kits offer enhanced modifications, bringing a fresh and dynamic look to the Voyager Class figure, inspired by the Comic Universe 2023.

Too bad all of it is 3D printed and painted. HasTak should've incorporated this to begin with. Those few tweaks gave us a wildly different figure. Especially that chest is such an upgrade!

Looks really cool. My only thing is that I’m not big on 3D printed parts because resin parts typically look better. They look fantastic in this case though.

Yes, I've thought about it! Weathering and detailing can really enhance the look of figures, adding depth and realism. Have you tried it before? Any tips or techniques you'd recommend?
do the shoulder parts compromise the tank mode?
In the final segment of the video, I transformed Bludgeon into tank mode to give fellow collectors a clear look at how the shoulder pieces pose no issues during transformation.

this was a complete middle finger to bludgeon fans.
he is so not fan favorite, that he did not deserve his own mold.
I am still thinking in getting that jiang something bludgeon tripplechanger from age of extinction Drift mold. At leats IT REALLY IS A SAMURAI,ì should not have to waste more money in upgrade kits, to have a figure as i would like it to be.

I totally understand your frustration. It's disappointing when a character you like doesn't get the proper treatment they deserve. The Jiang Bludgeon triple-changer definitely captures the samurai aesthetic much better. It shouldn't be necessary to rely on upgrade kits to get a satisfactory figure. Hopefully, future releases will pay more attention to what fans really want.
