Bradley Walsh is a superb presenter! Although reading quite quickly, Walsh is very articulate and comprehensible. He also keeps his cool while reading even when the atmosphere is tense and there are only seconds left. Bravo Mr. Walsh! 🤩🤩

What i loved about Dan is he didn't beat himself up about a wrong answer or a pass that he knew. He was so calm during the final chase, which isn't easy when playing for £80,000

i've seen full teams struggle to get 17 so to manage that on his own really is remarkable and how he knew some of the most obscure questions was truly fascinating.
Full team is too many. 2 is the optimum I believe.

Yeah, it just shows it's impossible to know what it'd be like actually on the show, faced with the lights, cameras and Jenny in front of you. He had such great knowledge (very different to my own based on the questions he got wrong), but the pressure must be insane! Well played sir

Considering this episode was probably recorded when COVID restrictions were still in place, I’ll bet you a pound for a penny had they not still been in place, Brad would’ve been running over to Dan to give him a big hug (just like he did with Eden) instead of a fist bump! But nevertheless, congratulations Dan! Although how he didn’t get the early pushbacks baffles me, but he got Ben-Gurion Airport?! Amazing!

Couldn't agree more Mary. They are hailed as the nations top quizzers and get questions young children could answer! I think it's irrelevant which set they choose as the 'back room' technicians control what appears on Bradley's monitor!
@@telmas7183 I absolutely agree. It happens on all these quiz shows. Strong magnets on Tipping Point and stopping the voting number at 1 or 2 on Pointless, to name just 2 others.
Obviously everyone has different knowledge, but I when watching would have got more of his right than hers. In fact he got 2 or 3 wrong that I thought were easy!

Such a simple show, but I loved it when in UK.
He nailed it, in a way that many fail... get one wrong, then think about it and get the next few wrong. I even teach my students, forget the last question, it's gone, concentrate on the next, EVEN if you get an easy one, which is easy to beat yourself up over. This guy won because he was class, knew exactly how to play it. Great win for him, I enjoyed this one

The Chase is becoming more on watchable lately as most contestants are getting knocked out and not making it to final , questions are too hard
That's why contestants should always go high. Most will need an element of luck whether it's high, medium or low.
@@donfatale yes, I agree , the amount of contestants that have cruised home is shockingly annoying and could easily have gone high
@@handeyecoordinationskillsnot true though. Even if you go through with spaces left to spare, there is no guarantee you would get the subsequent questions correct. There is no substitute for actually making it through to the final chase.

This guy got quite a few wrong but he held his concentration and played quickly. He won it with some stonking push backs.
Yh I think it's a clear view of what his tactics was. If he didn't know it pass, if he got it wrong didn't wobble.

I was watching the Chase last night and there was a question about a river in South East of USA. I was shocked that the correct answer was Yangtse. This river is actually in China.
