    My ETA denied 1st time it is filled in 2022 and second time filled in June 2023 so am still waiting for my ETA approval.
    What time more required to ETA approval??
    And when ETA approve then how many years more required to complete nurse aide process??

      This is an excellent question for your assigned Case Manager. They will have details on your ETA approval regarding your specific immigration case and can provide the best answer.

      Government agencies that are understaffed have been causing delays but we are seeing slow progress.

    My ETA has been filed in January but l haven't received any response from department of Labour,how long does it take for them to respond

      It depends. The Department of Labor has acknowledged that it is understaffed and that is why we are seeing delays. However, progress is slowly being made. Please keep in contact with your assigned Case Manager for updates.

      Hello. If you are interested in applying to work as a RN in the United States, you will need to pass the NCLEX-RN exam. That is excellent that you have already completed IELTS which is also required during the immigration process.

    What's the requirements to apply for nurse aide. Do nurse aide needs to obtain license to work as a nurse aide or only certificate is acceptable. Bcs I have certificate from an institute but have completed diploma. And currently working in UAE with eight years of experience. On what base do you select candidate to work as a nurse aide.       Nurse Aide applicants need to have a minimum of 1-3 years current experience working as a nurse in an in-patient bedside setting in a healthcare facility. They will also need to have a completed diploma from an accredited nursing school. In addition, all Nurse Aide applicants need to be able to clearly speak and write in English.

    Please may I know how long it will take to migrate to the US as a Nurse Aide and is there any payment you will make during the immigration process

      Nurse Aides typically take 18-24 months from job offer acceptance to arrival in the U.S. It depends on the healthcare employer what payments will be covered, but airfare and a housing stipend are fairly standard.

    I am from Nigeria west Africa, I am a nurse working for about 10 yrs in the private and government setting and I have a diploma in nursing but because of lack of funds I could not forward my education so if I want to work in the U.S will the agency pay for my ILEI and other exams requirements?

At this time, we do not cover your exam costs, but you can find more information on the NCLEX-RN exam at home.pearsonvue.com/Test-takers.aspx to find out more information on scheduling the NCLEX exam and testing center locations.
