If this was lower profile with a pop-up top, like the Project M top, it would be perfect. That top looks like it will greatly affect fuel mileage in the Maverick.
I was actually interested in this camper. A great little camper. Then, I saw the gouging that Scout is doing to it's potential customers. $1,300 for the camper jacks so I can set it on the ground?!! Are you mad?? Those should be part of the camper!! Not a ridiculous $1,300 option. THEN, asking a thousand bucks for a plastic skylight? Are you insane!! AND, $,2500 for diesel heater????!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! You just gouged me to death and I am now shopping for something REASONALBE. You lost a customer, Scout. Too bad.
Yes there is room, this model comes from factory without the cabinets. There is space, just not a designated spot like in our other models. It's completely up to you for how to configure!
The price is ridiculous for just a shell. If its truly a base model shell meant for customers to do their own work , this should of been at most 12,000. 10,000 would of been a huge hit with DIYers
This cameraman needs to take some classes.. am i seeing this chubster or the camper. I saw practically no useful angles of the interior. I have no clue of how someone sleeps inside, what any section looks like

I am planning on buying a Tuk Tut from a dealer in Colorado the first part of January. Question for you, id love to get a Maverick Tremor but a fully optioned out Tuk Tut weighs 1000lbs, Ford says the Tremors max payload capacity is around 1200 lbs, the Maverick FX4 is like 1400-1500 depending on options. I weigh 240 lbs, if I had a tremor counting my weight wouldnt i already be exceeding the payload? How does that Tremor in the video handle with the Tuk Tut in the bed?

Hi i have a 2022 Chevy Colorado with the v6 rear wheel drive its the work truck Chevy says it isn't build for a truck camper i am wondering why maybe you can tell me why
As I understand it, the frame on Colorados/Canyons have a few too many cutouts in them. Especially just behind the cab. I have a Canyon duramax with a Yoho, btw. I juts don;t give an eff. We don't do any serious off roading, just forest service roads out West. upgraded the shocks, added a rear swaybar, Timbrens SES, a 1,000lb add-a-leaf and some felling wedges to engage the overload springs. Did not get erated tires, but did by really nice Michelin Defender IIs. When we buy snow tires this fall will get some e-rated tires on separate wheels.

Thinking about purchasing this truck camper! But I will have to agree with others as the price is high for the basic features.
We understand, but hope people can see it as a worthwhile investment that will bring memories that are priceless.

It may catch a bit of wind, but the starting weight being just over 600lbs helps.

Doesn't have AC but you can add one aftermarket, or add a fan and enjoy the cross breeze.
