  • In this video, we will practice a common problem in fluid mechanics - how to calculate the flow rate in a pipe given its diameter and water's flow rate velocity. Our expert presenter, Dr. Basu, will take you step-by-step through the calculations, providing you with all the knowledge and skills you need to master this problem. Whether you're a student or a professional in the field, this video is a must-watch to improve your fluid mechanics skills and problem-solving techniques. Join us to learn and practice the calculation of flow and velocity in a pipe and unlock your potential to solve complex fluid mechanics problems.

Absolute BEST tutorial I have seen!!
I know my comment sounds excessively "gushing" (sorry) 🐳, but I have muddled through too many flowrate and other calculation tutorials that were just unbearable.
Yours was simple, clear, had a perfect tempo, unrushed without droning on, or talking so fast I needed to pause continuously, and the presentation on the screen, with the boxing, givens, and identifiers in place made this not just easy, but enjoyable.
As an owner who needs to know just certain specifics of many different engineering, design, and construction processes, I can cheat, and figure out what is needed and what the rough costs are, from here and elsewhere on the internet.
Thank you for the generous sharing of your time and knowledge.
