This is great! Just found your channel and I love all of these character ideas. I will definitely be using the last one to base my next barbarian off of!
Hi, just found your channel and I really like your character ideas. But one thing: I tend to avoid any starting heirloom weapons or similar as most player will replace their starting weapon once they find their first magic weapon. I find it heartbreaking to replace the sword that grandmother wielded in the Great War, so I don't come up with such a idea. Maybe some heirloom hunting knife or other secondary weapon. One way to make it work is to talk to your GM and discuss if your heirloom weapon becomes a magic item once you would have found one during your adventures.
Aldorius "Al" Kilraven. A 5e human ancestral guardian barbarian with the noble background. Born the 4th son of an insignificant noble house, he was often ignored by his father and older brothers. His tutors, however, instilled in him a fierce pride for his family's history, forebears, and a longing to return the house to its former glory. Any slight to his personal honor is met with a cold, calculating rage. Any insult to his family's legacy is met with explosive violence. Now that the spirits of his ancestors fight beside him, he knows that House Kilraven will once again soar.
Are you kidding? Each one of these barbarians gives you so much to work with. They all lean toward a particular subclass, have strong established backgrounds with bonds, ideals, and multiple personality traits. Not to mention allies and rivals. They don't even all have the typical "I angry I smash" energy, especially with the last one choosing to look for peaceful solutions. You didn't pick up on any of that? Now I'm the disappointed one

Very disappointed in lack of real variety in character building.
Thanks for the feedback! 🙌
