That could be true he had no lights on besides in the storage and wouldn't see the acid and when he went to take the gun he touched the acid and decided just to leave
I’m speechless. They need someone from security or someone stay at night for a couple weeks with a taser, firearm or anything that can stop the stalker from getting away (Matt! If you see this comment, don’t show this on your vids!). He is watching your videos no doubt. If you do, he will know someone is there and might bring something that might hurt your employees. The guy who broke in was grunting in Sam’s office. It sounded like he was in pain. I think that he is on some sort of drug that makes him get mad easily or be in pain. When he tried to break in the first time, he yelled when he couldn’t get in. Maybe the “gun” in the safe is some sort of item used to inject that drug into him. That could have been the chemical that was leaking. I know the chemical is very dangerous, since it went through the floor, but we don’t exactly know what it does to humans. Matt has said before that there used to be a lab there before they moved in. Maybe that lab did tests on people and he was one of their subjects. The chemical that was dripping out of the case may be some sort of cure or maybe it was what they used on him and now he is addicted. Or maybe when he grunted in pain that was possibly because he touched the chemical and it hurt him. Since we weren’t able to see what was in the case, maybe it is just a weapon. But since Matt said it wasn’t like anything he had seen before, it may be for injecting a chemical into him.
I don't think the chemical is a cure because before the break-in he looked like he had energy, but I think we can assume it was after he opened the safe he started screaming and injured himself from the chemical in the safe. But I'm also curious if the chemical dried up or if it still wet in the safe. Another thing we can assume is the man is very stressed about the situation. Like how you pointed out he yelled when he couldn't get in and he yells again after he is in. He must really be hiding something big if he is willing to go through all this trouble and to be able to keep up with the videos.
Wow this is good I believe this because the print in the safe was a lab type logo so it could be something like that and at the end he kind of started to limp so wow ahh idk

I had that thought and a lot of information seems to point to it. Only thing that concerns me is if he was trying to move the couch with a dislocated shoulder how did he still get to the safe to open it. Seems like maybe this was a side effect of shouldering the door open but i don’t know if he was ever trying to move the couch.

As Matt and kevin said, they inherited the system, so as cameras, that could be taken out only when they made reinovations in Blue Base after it's purchase. And only cameras that they did remoe, is from people's offices.

With mine, if your burglarized they still send a cruiser to check on the tenants of the home. if there’s an open door on arrival, they call another cruiser to help investigate. If they get there to find an unconscious person who’s on the Floor, they get taken to hospital and an investigation takes place because it was turned into a robbery. (Difference is said in the video. Burglary is when someone breaks in without hurting anyone. Robbery is when someone breaks in and someone gets hurt) And yes police can actually catch the culprit through these methods -checking all hospitals in the area for Someone who checked in for server chemical burn/s. -they had a keycard to the building. So did the previous owners, so they can interrogate them and check their houses for the keycard. (when they have a warrant to search their house, they have all right to tear it apart till they find what their looking for or they don’t find it) -and the name carved into the box. That can be found on google which means it’s big. Find out who runs it (if it’s legal).

Theory: So clearly this guy who calls himself Syphus is furious over the fact that you guys have found the safe and broke whatever was inside of it. Of course, you already know what is inside the safe now because Syphus just opened it. A lot of people here are saying it is probably a syringe gun that’s inside the safe, perhaps with some of the files holding that dangerous chemical. Most likely one of the bikes was already attached to the syringe so he took the opportunity to inject himself with it. I did some research online and found how if something is injected in such high quantities it can cause a burning sensation, hence the pain Syphus felt. It looked like he was mentally preparing himself before injecting it because he was breathing quite heavy knowing it would hurt like heck. Whatever “chemical” it is, it completely ruined him because of the way he slumped over while going down the stairs and not being able to put on his jacket seeing how his arm was in excruciating pain. My question is: If he was so intent on finding the safe the first time, why wouldn’t he just have taken it the second time around? Instead he opened it, injected himself and put it right back. Why? If it was something he desperately wanted he could have just taken it and left. Instead he purposely did what he did full view of the camera and left it. My theories and questions: - Why didn't he took the safe with him and just left it under the couch open? -He sounds and looks so much in pain but he still manage to put the safe back in the couch or if he lifted the couch, he still managed to put it back? -The unknown letters/characters in the paper that they found in the car along with the "Syphus590" may be the code in the key fob the man used. My theory after reading a lot of the comments: “syphus” got word about these videos and it showed the safe and he forgot to get rid of that one when he left those years back when it was a lab (wouldn’t be hard to forget about the safe in the AC vent). I think I agree it’s a gun/IV injection gun with chemical type of bullets/vials. The chemical was way more important than the device in the safe. I don’t believe the chemical burned syphus (why it hasn’t burned any of the hi5 staff yet, though over time obviously it has the potential to do major damage to the floor n such) I believe syphus dislocated his shoulder breaking into Sam’s office, so the screams started when he had to use his shoulder to lift the coach to get to the safe. He continued to yell and then say “dammit” when he opened the safe and noticed the vials/bullets were broken so useless. There was no use for the injection gun so he just ran out with nothing cuz the chemical vials were what he wanted. He was so out of breath and hunched over leaving cuz of the dislocated shoulder and moving the couch and maaaaybe needing a crowbar or something to open the safe with a bad shoulder. My only thought is that it is some sort of injection that he made, he most definitely was screaming in pain, and seeing what the chemical did to the floor, I can only imagine what it did to him. He took off his jacket to inject himself with the liquid. I will edit this if I make further discoveries/theories. This is just grabbing in the dark, but he must have known where everything he wanted was, he needed to get into Sam’s office, but him rummaging through the office could mean that he wanted something else, meaning he KNOWS that there is something else important in the office that he wants.

I have installed these systems and work in field. That's not how RFID works. YOu can scan someone elses tag and make a copy but going to the reader you would get no data from it. If it was cloned it would be an employee's RFID tag that was scanned. This one was an original.
That is a good theory, but Kevin’s system said that the key was created 4 years ago, so that theory doesn’t work unless Syphus had the ability to change the date for his key. But if he did have that power, he could have put the key’s account as anything, in which case it would have been dumb of him to label it Syphus, as that would draw suspicion. If he made his own key, it would be smarter to label it with the name of a Hi-5 studios member in order to keep Matt from being careful with the keys and safe.
THEORY: He was looking through the office to find something to open the safe. Once he found whatever he needed to open the safe he went up to Sams office for the second time. He touched the toxic liquid in the safe and it burned his skin. My big theory is that he wants revenge on someone(maybe a former employee of whoever owned the studio before you-like the boss). Mathis I think you should get the Arlo security cameras. My parents have them and that are super clear. At night and during the the day. They launch with in 5 seconds on a phone. Hope this helps.

What it looks like to me is he was preparing to be hurt in sams office: the heavy breathing, him taking off his jacket, the way he screamed. He started huffing and puffing and then started screaming, it seems like whatever happened to him was intended. I think that whatever was in the safe, he used it to do something to himself. I think the scream is because whatever is in there broke and it was important to them. The huffing and puffing etc is just likely because they wete running around trying not to be caught, and due to the hot climate there they took their jacket off

I can't even watch these videos joyfully at this point, I'm just super concerned for everyone in the office. That scream was actually kinda terrifying (as if this whole situation isn't). I'm of course gonna be watching every new video that comes out, but I will likely sit there with my jaw dropped the entire time. Theory: the man broke his shoulder when breaking into sams office. He couldn’t feel it though because he had not done any lifting or any movement of the shoulder. In one of the last episodes you said the safe was heavy, this would cause him to scream because of possibly a teared ligament when lifting the safe. He opened it before the pain fully set in causing the toxic chemicals to spill on his hand causing more pain. The extra pain would have caused him to notice the shoulder which would lead to him running and screaming. P.S. the acid would not be a natural chemical and would be a compound, I know this because of the strength. This could be linked to red base with the science lab and testing. I hope I could help! I don’t know how the car stuff connects to this but here is a theory... You said that the office buildings used to be laboratories, he could be an old employee of those labs. He would know that it was up there because he obviously watches the videos and he might know what the substance does to you. So he injects it into himself with a giant needle. No idea what it could do to you, but Sam has a point since there were multiple bottles of the substance, it could be a part A and part B sort of deal. And that is why he has a key fob... Ps. Sometimes adrenaline can cause you to overlook and not think about the obvious. They were also probably more concerned with all of the more expensive items than something that they probably didn’t know what do do with (the safe).

My Theory: The residents who owned the building before Hi5 was there was a working with illegal chemicals(what was leaking from the safe). They tried to hide this chemical in the safe and the medical gun that they used to disperse this chemical to study. This is why the gun looks different. One of the security/scientists broke in and tried to get the evidence back. He didn’t want to steal the safe and then injected himself with the chemical/substance. This is why he yelled in pain.
another way you can tell he's not a traditional burglar is that he opens drwaers top to bottom, experienced ones go from bottom to top because it's faster and you don't need to close the drawers to see what's in the next one you open

The guy who broke in was grunting in Sam’s office. It sounded like he was in pain. I think that he is on some sort of drug that makes him get mad easily or be in pain. When he tried to break in the first time, he yelled when he couldn’t get in. Maybe the “gun” in the safe is some sort of item used to inject that drug into him. That could have been the chemical that was leaking. I know the chemical is very dangerous, since it went through the floor, but we don’t exactly know what it does to humans. Matt has said before that there used to be a lab there before they moved in. Maybe that lab did tests on people and he was one of their subjects. The chemical that was dripping out of the case may be some sort of cure or maybe it was what they used on him and now he is addicted. Or maybe when he grunted in pain that was possibly because he touched the chemical and it hurt him. Since we weren’t able to see what was in the case, maybe it is just a weapon. But since Matt said it wasn’t like anything he had seen before, it may be for injecting a chemical into him.
I don't think the chemical is a cure because before the break-in he looked like he had energy, but I think we can assume it was after he opened the safe he started screaming and injured himself from the chemical in the safe. But I'm also curious if the chemical dried up or if it still wet in the safe. Another thing we can assume is the man is very stressed about the situation. Like how you pointed out he yelled when he couldn't get in and he yells again after he is in. He must really be hiding something big if he is willing to go through all this trouble and to be able to keep up with the videos.

Theory: So clearly this guy who calls himself Syphus is furious over the fact that you guys have found the safe and broke whatever was inside of it. Of course, you already know what is inside the safe now because Syphus just opened it. A lot of people here are saying it is probably a syringe gun that’s inside the safe, perhaps with some of the files holding that dangerous chemical. Most likely one of the bikes was already attached to the syringe so he took the opportunity to inject himself with it. I did some research online and found how if something is injected in such high quantities it can cause a burning sensation, hence the pain Syphus felt. It looked like he was mentally preparing himself before injecting it because he was breathing quite heavy knowing it would hurt like heck. Whatever “chemical” it is, it completely ruined him because of the way he slumped over while going down the stairs and not being able to put on his jacket seeing how his arm was in excruciating pain. My question is: If he was so intent on finding the safe the first time, why wouldn’t he just have taken it the second time around? Instead he opened it, injected himself and put it right back. Why? If it was something he desperately wanted he could have just taken it and left. Instead he purposely did what he did full view of the camera and left it. Plus, why wouldn’t Matt and the others think of the safe right off the bat as soon as Matt saw the guy in the nest footage. I have a feeling he will make another appearance much sooner than later. Also, the next video you will upload, Matt, you already know more of the pieces to this mystery. My theories and questions:
- Why didn't he took the safe with him and just left it under the couch open?
-He sounds and looks so much in pain but he still manage to put the safe back in the couch or if he lifted the couch, he still managed to put it back?
-The unknown letters/characters in the paper that they found in the car along with the "Syphus590" may be the code in the key fob the man used. They should look at it with Kevin to see.
-If what's inside the safe is as important as it seems, the guy should've been more careful while looking around and finding it. Yeah, he wanted to be as fast as possible, but he should've been more careful. Like he didn't need to scatter the paper on the floor, he didn't need to scatter the things in the shelf/cabinet thing. My theory after reading a lot of the comments: “syphus” got word about these videos and it showed the safe and he forgot to get rid of that one when he left those years back when it was a lab (wouldn’t be hard to forget about the safe in the AC vent). I think I agree it’s a gun/IV injection gun with chemical type of bullets/vials. The chemical was way more important than the device in the safe. I don’t believe the chemical burned syphus (why it hasn’t burned any of the hi5 staff yet, though over time obviously it has the potential to do major damage to the floor n such) I believe syphus dislocated his shoulder breaking into Sam’s office, so the screams started when he had to use his shoulder to lift the coach to get to the safe. He continued to yell and then say “dammit” when he opened the safe and noticed the vials/bullets were broken so useless. There was no use for the injection gun so he just ran out with nothing cuz the chemical vials were what he wanted. He was so out of breath and hunched over leaving cuz of the dislocated shoulder and moving the couch and maaaaybe needing a crowbar or something to open the safe with a bad shoulder.

I have installed these systems and work in field. That's not how RFID works. YOu can scan someone elses tag and make a copy but going to the reader you would get no data from it. If it was cloned it would be an employee's RFID tag that was scanned. This one was an original.
That is a good theory, but Kevin’s system said that the key was created 4 years ago, so that theory doesn’t work unless Syphus had the ability to change the date for his key. But if he did have that power, he could have put the key’s account as anything, in which case it would have been dumb of him to label it Syphus, as that would draw suspicion. If he made his own key, it would be smarter to label it with the name of a Hi-5 studios member in order to keep Matt from being careful with the keys and safe.

Theory: the gun is a heart attack gun the government used to use it,it shoots out a toxin like chemical and it is illegal to have one because it can inflict horrible pain one worse then a real gun. Theaory: Him taking his shoulder into the door could have broke his shoulder. He just didn't feel it until he tries to pick up the couch, because after he tried to pick up something he started screaming. When he was screaming he also held his shoulder.

What it looks like to me is he was preparing to be hurt in sams office: the heavy breathing, him taking off his jacket, the way he screamed. He started huffing and puffing and then started screaming, it seems like whatever happened to him was intended. I think that whatever was in the safe, he used it to do something to himself. That would explain why he didnt take anything.
And matt did say it was a gun but nothing he's ever seen, so it might be one of those injection guns and he injected the fluid into himself.
I think the scream is because whatever is in there broke and it was important to them. The huffing and puffing etc is just likely because they wete running around trying not to be caught, and due to the hot climate there they took their jacket off

Well it WAS just 1 safe, I'm actually impressed Matt was worried ahitu the keys, which(if this goes even deeper) would've been worse cuz the guy could have access to a ton of random stuff
I can't even watch these videos joyfully at this point, I'm just super concerned for everyone in the office. That scream was actually kinda terrifying (as if this whole situation isn't). I'm of course gonna be watching every new video that comes out, but I will likely sit there with my jaw dropped the entire time. I keep telling myself that this all has to be some elaborate prank, but then I think to myself that there's no way anyone of them would've been okay with burning a hole through Sam's office floor to the armory. The visible distress on everyone's faces is too real to see. Everyone and their mother knows that these people need some hugs.

Theory: the man broke his shoulder when breaking into sams office. He couldn’t feel it though because he had not done any lifting or any movement of the shoulder. In one of the last episodes you said the safe was heavy, this would cause him to scream because of possibly a teared ligament when lifting the safe. He opened it before the pain fully set in causing the toxic chemicals to spill on his hand causing more pain. The extra pain would have caused him to notice the shoulder which would lead to him running and screaming.
P.S. the acid would not be a natural chemical and would be a compound, I know this because of the strength. This could be linked to red base with the science lab and testing. I hope I could help! Love from England!

You said that the office buildings used to be laboratories, he could be an old employee of those labs. He would know that it was up there because he obviously watches the videos and he might know what the substance does to you. So he injects it into himself with a giant needle. No idea what it could do to you, but Sam has a point since there were multiple bottles of the substance, it could be a part A and part B sort of deal. And that is why he has a key fob...

Sometimes adrenaline can cause you to overlook and not think about the obvious. They were also probably more concerned with all of the more expensive items than something that they probably didn’t know what do do with (the safe).

My Theory:
The residents who owned the building before Hi5 was there was a working with illegal chemicals(what was leaking from the safe). They tried to hide this chemical in the safe and the medical gun that they used to disperse this chemical to study. This is why the gun looks different. One of the security/scientists broke in and tried to get the evidence back. He didn’t want to steal the safe and then injected himself with the chemical/substance. This is why he yelled in pain.
