    Definitely the last pipe you had put on you could see it cutting smoother and faster.
    Pipe number 2 also looks bigger.
    I can’t wait to get my hands on pipes for my
    395 xp good review.

    Being old , things don’t impress me that much but the background with the Rockies and the sunset colour on them is pretty awe inspiring, that being said, pipe #2 sounded more powerful at idle and through the cut .

    Very cool! Are they center bleed pipes? Aka do they have a tube that extends out to the center from the exit or are they a rear bleed? If they are just a hole in the end with no tube extending back up into the pipe I have a test for you if you are so inclined . Slide a pipe in the exit that reaches to about center of the second cone from the exit. Should produce the same or more power with less noise. Center bleed internal stinger. Something I read about many moons ago in Gordon Jennings 2 stroke book. Edit : on the second pipe . Noticed the first pipe only had 1 cone after the chamber.

    Decades ago I raced 100cc karts I ran Mac and later Yamaha and on tkm rotory valve engines.On a flat dirt track I would try different pipes but most of all my header length would be what I would change to move my rpm band.....I'm interested in some pipes I have a collection of over thirty pro saws .....I have one hot saw from the early 80s that is a husky 2100 ....it's piped on alcohol......do you have a email or pH number for pipes as well as price? I've been using old motor cross pipes......EC Burt built my 2100 saws and pipe which he has passed away his helper started fmf exhaust but they are to big to do a single pipe......I'd be interested in any old pipes you might want to sell ......as well as building me one ......thank you

      Ok I see ur email here after I sent a long text lol....would u guys like to see a pipe for a 2100 built by EC Burt? I doubt ur old enough to know who he was ......no offense but google his name and then let me know ......he was the guy tillotson hired for R an D as well as the guy Honda hired to build the Elsinore.....he is known as the carb wizard but any 80plus cc saw I HV runs great on this pipe like a turbo on a small block Chevy......I will share pics just not to the world of you tube ......email me I HV a pipe I want built that hugs my saw on the bottom plus a few cans ....hv u ever seen a husky 2100 stock muffler?

    Do you have any pipes for a 660?

    • @rockymountainchainsaw
      @rockymountainchainsaw  Год назад

      Yes we sure do. They are 300$ I will need to know if your saw is stock or ported.

      @@rockymountainchainsaw most of my saws are stock I HV a few ported but I'm thinking of restoring my 066 and doing some nice color with a leather wrap on the handle I don't use the saw it's just one I feel will be worth something one day......I'd like a nice pipe all weleded and a nice natural finish.....are any u build 300? Why port when a pipe does it all....? I know how to port and I never understand people spending the money......same as I don't understand a bark box ....to me that's saw guys wanting a noise maker .....or porting to say its ported.....I can take any stock saw I HV 70 cc plus and hand file the chain and most think the motor is a beast when it's not .......a pipe makes beast!!!! I cut KY hardwood and I know alittle about saws and karts .....send me a way to contact you I don't do biz in the comment section and I'm not some you tuber with a new saw.....I'd like a pipe builder I know the work it takes or I'd build them myself ....3 bills ain't bad I run kt 100 pipes currently but if u give me a email or pH number I'd buy a few .....thanks
