Solo finding a way to not lie to Moon about death but still comfort him was so lovely. And Big Mama's letter made me fall in love with her, what a perfect thing to say to the child you're leaving behind, that you want them to live for their own happiness 😭
This series has a unique energy. Solo and Gui have a distinctive way of moving, limpid and serene, their own shared style of simple, flowing clothing, their signature harp music in the background. They're often silent; never loud, not even very expressive. They hang out in quiet, peaceful settings. Kao and Phu have a brighter buzz, but also dwell in their own sweet universe. The Dr + Khim & Khem are like a weird commercial break from another planet.

I haven't watched a single scene with the creepy barista and stupid doctor, since the confrontation at the café and i have ZERO REGRETS. SoloGui and PhuKao are more than enough. The way their characters grow, mature and interact with each other is so warm and precious 💜
I lost my grandfather but it was definitely for me a father and my grandmother a second mom and seeing him talking like that identifies me, It's been almost 3 years and I keep talking to my grandfather and dreaming about my grandmother

I loved how softly Solo told Moon that his principal is in the sky, in the stars and even if he can't hear her or see her, she is always there and he can always talk to her. Just like she is always with him and have a place in his heart. Memories don't fade away, they're there always with you. It was just so beautiful how he explained it to Moon, i just love the way he said it💕 And that makes me think like when my dog died, i always thinked she went to stars like even if i don't ever again see her, she is still there and she is brighter than the other stars. It can sound stupid but it comforted me and really helped me to get out of the pain. Even now, when the time have passed and she died like 3-4 years ago, always when is dark and i can see the stars, i go outside and just look at the stars and smile to myself thinking about her. There she is happy and she is not hurting anymore. There she is running and barking with her old dog friends. There she is looking at me back and shaking her tail

Not me cryiinf omg. Can i just say. The progression of Guisolo's relstionship. The character development of both Solo and Gui. Solo from.being reserved and mainly introverted to trying his best for Gui and Gui after years of only being the person to lend a shoulder being able to be vulnerable with Solo and express feelings he couldnt. And theeeen their chemistry and acting development as welll??? It got better over the episodes and i literally want to give them an oscar right Now. They're my favorite :((
