It is very disheartening, that the people from Russia, that are in Russia, not make a stand for positive changes for Russia! as a footnote A strong internet connection, is what is needed for a strong RUclips connection. If not being able to make monies on RUclips, is what you call a sanction, then the problem runs very much deeper. I actually have never sought out to make monies from RUclips, but many do, and many get disappointed when they don't. So many opportunities are available on the internet to make monies, so I'm told. ebay! etsy! even facebook! one can make monies. many local communities have created websites to buy and sell they're crafts, as well, used goods. Are these opportunities available for the people of Russia? If not, why not!? This is the question the people of Russia should be asking themselves. Because, it is only they, that have the power to make that happen!
I agree, if we could eliminate the powers that shouldn't be and allowed people to connect in a natural way, the world would be a better place. We all want the same things--friends and family, and the ability to pursue our creativity and passions. We are moving in that direction.

These advertisers essentially attempt to steal from the content creator with advertisements 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, and even 60 minutes long. Normal ads of 2-3 minutes or less, ok. The long ones, sorry.
