What? I doubt that, unless it is actually said in the current chapter, back in chapter 35 they only show her in a cutscene ready to fight Kevin but he refused to fight her and leaves , it was literally just a teaser for when they would actually have her be playable and fight.

Phoenix was her prime form and if she was optimal in her garuda form, the first fight with Sa would literally start with her garuda form if she was really already optimal. Basically Fu hua here is just surpassed her own limit which mean she most likely to be finally can use her garuda form whatever she wants like Kevin with his Diabolical and deliverence form.

Yea i am with you i was thinking the same on the previous video that showed a sneak peak of this fight . Vita literally said in the last arc they are not any weaker or inferior(depending of the translation for the Chinese or Japanese dub )to the Cooocon, ofc that would apply mostly to Sa . Not to mention the sky people how are supposedly Sa creations are still around if we take APHO timeline into consideration , they conquered the Honkai in their world too supposedly etc. So wtf ,things don't quite add up imo . Glad that it is a bigger team effort to defeat Sa , like i said before no way Fu Hua and Griseo alone can defeat Sa, nice to see Vita being there too it makes sense and it seems Kianna has a small involvement too throw Hare . Sa is way older then Fu Hua , then the hole previous era tehnically and was in the Sea of Quanta and getting energy etc. Even Garuda Fu Hue , that is a Fu Hu a with much more experience, so she might be even stronger then in the previous era, like i assume she had gained better control of that form and all , still shouldn't be enough by herself at all .

From what I heard,Kiana lent 1% of her finality power to Prometheus(?) Besides,in my opinion Garuda Hua is stronger than Sa since Garuda is Hua's true mantis form(without the Key of Sentience to seal it).Even DR.MEI confirmed that Hua can go berserk with this power (that's why MEI gave the divine key to Hua which manages to suppress Hua's memories and her Garuda power) There's actually more to Hua's Mantis form but it's hard to explain it(you literally need to read carefully through the games storyline,VN and manga to figure more).
I mean she was against 2 of the previous era Flamechasers. More importantly Fu Hua who trained herself to eliminate honkai for centuries, so kinda justified to show that she's actually a menace if she is serious, since all this time she just does nothing but lose because of her weakened power.

to add, she only regained full ability after the kolosten arc, (roughly a month before project stigma), and when hua fights kevin on the moon, emphasis on alone btw, kevin was already amped up by cocoon of finality. Sa is a being not stronger than, but roughly on par with cocoon. here, shes not alone and heavily helped by griseo's support (which is another mantis, and griseo has spent more than 5000 years cultivating her ability, so i'd say shes probably around mantis sakura/kosma level strong), so she shouldnt be underestimated.
