Nice video! Use to run the Strato charged Redmax back in the day, but there’s just no dealer support around here. It was light, powerful, and very smoooooth.
I love mine! Picked it up on a sale last year from my dealer and got a 5 year warranty if I bought two cans of redmax premix. Only gripe with it is when you start it you have to let it run for about 4-5 mins before using it or else it’ll bog. Love the lightweight though!
@@tonyslawncare it really is. I have run many Stihl trimmers and they have power but man they get heavy after awhile. Maybe I’m just getting old and weak.lol Love this Redmax though!
@@robertfootball1I know what you mean ,to me it's lighter then the echo. Maybe a pound less. More vibration on this redmax but would rather deal with that and have it heavier. Also another great thing about the redmax does it use as much fuel as some of the other trimmers
I eventually would like to try out Red Max. I'd actually like to try out every brand just to see what I really like as of right now I'm a echo guy. Stihl is next
@@shanew7361 hopefully they work good. I wiped my glasses twice a yard so that was about 26 times wasting approximately 45 mins of my day and that can’t happen 😂😂😂
If you think you like it now, take off that guard, remove the screen in the exhaust and install a 400 series speed-feed head with 0.80 line. It will come alive 😉
I know Echo will not warranty its gear head/clutch if you take one in for repair with the guard off. Said the extra string length wears them out much sooner. They said that's why a trimmers guards cuts the string & don't just block debris flying. Just say'n...
23cc sounds like its under powered l think the Husqvarna 525L is a better trimmer take care my friend l have 2 redmax 26 cc trimmers l think Husqvarna is better because of zero vibration 😁
Im gonna weedeater getter done lol 😆 sorry bout that bro thank you for watching its a great trimmer although i been rocking my milwaukee one most of the season
@@tonyslawncare well yeah they would make things different between the 2 models that much is true but when it comes right down to it they are more or less the same machine
Love my redmax trimmers. Also have have the 8550 blower and a 11 year old eb7000 blower that still runs with no issues
Thats awesome bro 👏
@@tonyslawncare Hello
This guy just held a new trimmer wide open on his first start then proceeded to not let it warm up at all lol. Gotta love it.
Thanks for watching
Whats the best lightweight trimmer in 2023? Maybe this one maybe the 94r?
Awesome Tony! I love my RedMax trimmers and 6500 blower! 👍
I want to try a 6500 ive owned 8500 and 7500
@@tonyslawncare Oh very cool! The 6500 is perfect for everyday use, like grass cutting.
@@tonyslawncare you should get them again is way better I think then the br 800 stuff
Echo 2620 and PB 9010T rules 💥💪

It's one of the best tremors on the market in my opinion

Yeah I want to get my hands on the 230ts and 260ts just to see what they're made of and what they can do. I would suggest slapping a speedfeed on it.
I love how the stock head has metal on the bottom tho
Oh damn that's me trying to crank up my stihl
First start trying to get gas in the system lol
Gas? I've been trying to win you over to electric! I have ran Redmax before, I remember they were lightweight.
Nice one Tony! 👍🏼
Haha...I need to shoot some video for the 60V battery equipment that I picked up from Toro. Stay tuned Mitch!
Yall are awesome
Great video cool new trimmer
Thank you logan
I eventually would like to try out Red Max. I'd actually like to try out every brand just to see what I really like as of right now I'm a echo guy. Stihl is next
Try em all bro and just sell the ones you dont like
I use to use all Redmax equipment until my dealer informed me a lot of other companies were having problems with carbs.
Whats your favorite trimmer today?
@@tonyslawncare shindawia t235
@@MinnesotaLawnandLandscape yeah they do but once you get pass the carb witch is covered under warranty it’s the best trimmer!
Good video Tony
Tony is the man!
Thank you buddy
Going to picking up the same trimmer next week
Its a great machine
Hey! Is that my Red Max!!!!
Yesir lol 😆
Question. How do you grease it? I just replaced my 20 year old redmax with a bcz30ts and don’t see a grease fitting
It gos where the little hex part is on the side of the gearbox
Question? Those glasses your wearing I need a pair that don’t fog up all the time. What brand are those and do they fog up?
They are Milwaukee brand glasses. They make multiple styles.
@@shanew7361 yes I actually just ordered a pair. They have gaskets on them
@@TheLawnFellas Yep I have that style and another style. 😎

take your damn guard off!
I do like living on the edge lol 😆
@@tonyslawncare friends don't let other friends trim or edge with a guard.
Should I get the echo 2620 or the Husqvarna 525LST?
if it where me today LST ALL DAY LONG way lighter like 2 pounds

I really like this redmax tho
Husqy owns redmax
Redmax is way to go but my new echo is on the same level I think
Echo always starts period. Avoid Stihl, known carburetor issues. 🤮
I want to buy an echo but echos are heavy no way around it unfortunately
@@tonyslawncare I have the Echo 9010T wish the tubes were a little less long. Have to carry the damn thing like a bazooka. Lots of power though!
