    This resonates so much with what I've experienced 😢all this shame and not feeling good enough can come across kind of cute in the start, but then they kind of destroy you in their weird, childish, almost innocent way, and do so with every person that's ever loved them.

    If they come back texting or hoovering for your feelings a month later, they have narcissistic personality disorder.
    Empathic avoidants sort of shut down completely. You have to contact the dismissive avoidant again for any conversation at all. If they contact you again for Valentines or Christmas they are a narcissist, in my experience.
