Hey Andrew we’re planning to go in 2 weeks & Crab Island was definitely a must on our list. I’m seeing videos though and the waters are looking very brown & dark. Is it more like that because of the hurricane that went thru? Not sure if we should still go.
so it is likely that the videos were a little bit more brown and dark because of the hurricane anytime there's excess rain or an influx of hurricane it drains out the algae and it is the algae that actually reflects off the sun that makes that beautiful emerald color.
Do you think the obstacle course and the floating vendors will return for the summer of 2021
Yes I think so - based on how everything is going, I don't see a reason why they wouldn't. BUT that's just my best guess, crazier things have happened :)

Hey I just wanna ask if it’s a good time to go to there in June?
It really just depends on what your idea of "good" is. In our opinion, it's pretty much always a great time, even when it's cold it's fun to just hang out on the boat. It is pretty busy in the warmer months, so if you're looking to have a big area to yourself, stick to just prior or just after the busy season!
Will there be a lot of guys hitting on my wife there?
I don't believe so.... I mean, I guess if people hit on her normally maybe it could happen out at Crab Island

@@gregbrady8454 ha! Well at Crab Island you'd be halfway in the water, and karate in the water isn't the same as karate in the dojo 🙃
@@LifeOnTheEmeraldCoast We learned to walk on water at my karate school. So , I don't think some water is lessen the effects of my roundhouse kick to the groin. We will be down there next st. paddy's day if anyone wants to test my protectiveness as a husband.
@@gregbrady8454 ahh, I didn't realize you went to "walk on water karate school", that is completely different, you will easily punish any man (or woman) who hits on your wife. Let's not ruin st paddy's day with your superior karate skills, st paddy's day is a day of beer of fun, not of roundhouse kicks to the face 😆
Explain why all the wild arm/hand gesturing is all about?
Why ? The fact is , waving hands is moronic, infantile & unprofessional.
The only thing it does is to demonstrate that the person is attempting to act like someone straight out of Compton, just looks completely sophomoric and childish next video you make Leave your arm down at your sides. No more hand waving , please!
