I recently lost my Mom. Her whole human story was a version of this in 1 way or another. She has a life time battle with social anxiety, clinical depression and bi-polar. But she raised 9 kids, worked as a special needs teacher, even went to Juilliard for opera. She smoked for 55 years and didn't die of cancer or any lung disease. She finally died from just being around too long. She was 82 and never felt like she belonged. She always put us kids first and took great pains in making us all believe in ourselves, our magic, our spark and most importantly humble love. This one is for you Mama. I miss you. Until we meet again. I pray you finally feel like you belong. I pray you are the happiest you have ever been in your entire existence!

Depression is caused by trauma, or highest point of sadness, which is depression and from this point, it's not sadness anymore bcuz you can actually die from it. I know nobody will ever read this comment, but it’s truly communicated something that I’ve always found so hard to put into words “notice when I’m not around” or “I want to have control”. When your so deeply in love with someone, sometimes you become obsessed. They’re all the you think about all the time, every waking moment. You start to feel as if it’s unnatural as if you are a “creep” a “weirdo”. This feelings are wrong you “don’t belong here” but...but you just cant stop. This person is so perfect like an “Angel” everything about them stunning. At fifteen years old I was always grounded for something. . My moms life long best friend told her one day she would keep me for the weekend and make me do a bunch of work ... my mom thought it was a great idea...out of her hair but still punished. Well That sweet wonderful lady didn't make me do anything. She took me to breakfast and lunch and set me up in her guest room that had a tv in it ! ( big deal to a poor kid, no cells phones or tablets in early nineties for regular folks )...... I was allowed to watch MTV in that cozy bed half the day one day that weekend and although I was in emotional pain from my family turmoil , I remember feeling like Shirley temple in the little princess, waking up to beautiful linens and a warm delicious meal. Watching tv and no one was yelling at me to do something else....it was neat, I watched this video for the first time that day and I remember thinking it was my anthem. It was a new video and the song ruled....emo enough for me to get lost in haha. Whenever I hear this song or see this video now I immediately remember the feeling of getting a break that weekend from the usual grounded with a bazillion punishment chores.

This song really hits hard honestly. I know nobody will ever read this comment, but it’s truly communicated something that I’ve always found so hard to put into words “notice when I’m not around” or “I want to have control”. When your so deeply in love with someone, sometimes you become obsessed. They’re all the you think about all the time, every waking moment. You start to feel as if it’s unnatural as if you are a “creep” a “weirdo”. This feelings are wrong you “don’t belong here” but...but you just cant stop. This person is so perfect like an “Angel” everything about them stunning. Over time you build a picture of them in your mind, you paint them as a Saint as something that is just the definition of beautiful. You become delusional. But then comes living up to what you have created this person to be. Every time you see their face you are mesmerized, and it becomes hard to breathe. But you know they would never want you- how could they? You just this speck of nothing, and their your entire world. How to I make them want me? How do I make them love me? You try to change yourself, you “want a perfect body” you “want control”. You feel as though you deserve absolutely nothing in life, but to make yourself somewhat acceptable for this person, for this “angle”. You will do anything just to be good enough.

At fifteen years old I was always grounded for something. . My moms life long best friend told her one day she would keep me for the weekend and make me do a bunch of work ... my mom thought it was a great idea...out of her hair but still punished. Well That sweet wonderful lady didn't make me do anything. She took me to breakfast and lunch and set me up in her guest room that had a tv in it ! ( big deal to a poor kid, no cells phones or tablets in early nineties for regular folks )...... I was allowed to watch MTV in that cozy bed half the day one day that weekend and although I was in emotional pain from my family turmoil , I remember feeling like Shirley temple in the little princess, waking up to beautiful linens and a warm delicious meal. Watching tv and no one was yelling at me to do something else....it was neat, I watched this video for the first time that day and I remember thinking it was my anthem. It was a new video and the song ruled....emo enough for me to get lost in haha. Whenever I hear this song or see this video now I immediately remember the feeling of getting a break that weekend from the usual grounded with a bazillion punishment chores.
I am glad you went your way and be where you are now. Sometimes bad times happen, but that being said, we treasure little things in life how they should be treasured after. Thank you for sharing and much love :)

I was in a relationship with someone who for me was perfect, great goals, dreams ... the most beautiful dedicated woman and a great human being. I began to feel inferior and little for her that I made the bad decision to end the relationship in the worst way, I would have wanted to continue fighting and want to stand out for myself and be able to give her a better future but I lacked courage and courage, I ended up losing to love of my life, since then I keep remembering her and it will be for the rest of my life.

Many many years ago I went to see a band called The Sultans of Ping FC and one of the support bands was a group I never heard of called Radiohead. They sung Creep and I turned to my mate and said to him that this was an absolutely brilliant song. Actually beyond brilliant. A few weeks later I found the original CD in a discarded bin in a record shop for 29p! Kept playing it wondering how such a fantastic track was never a hit. Some months later it was re-released and was.
