My friend, I own the 1080p case and I want to extract the audio. But the chromecast screen doesn't show up on the TV. Is it because it's not 4k?
The model you purchased may not support 4K. Can you lower the resolution and then test?

I have this converter and RCA output is clean without noise but is low volume ( 50 % - 60 % less than sources ) and frequencies are not equally balanced ( flat sound ). Is very noticable with my Bluetooth audio transmitter for my earbuds.
When am connecting the BTransmitter directly to the tvbox through 3.5mm is normal and loud without any unbalanced frequencies
Have you changed the audio transmission cable? Use a high quality RCA cable. test it
@@newtecpro My cables are in great condition and works good with other devices. I will avoid to buy some expensive wires just to test it becuase i believe that is a poor rca converter design. My opinion is buying normal wires for our home devices is not a problem unless there are some special requirements.
Ok. So i have yet to get any sound going to my audio through this splitter. Sending fire tv from the converter to my optima projecter. But the sound is not going to my sound system . I suppose it shouldbe switched to the 5.1 CH?
I have both green light and red lights on converter on . But still no signal to my sound system .
Ok got it working. The switch has three spots. When i switched it into the middle position my video cut out . But theni waited and it returned and the sound went to my receiver . That part was confusing and i dont recall instructions
If your audio system is 5.1 channel, set the volume to 5.1 and if it is 2 channel stereo to 2 channel. Is your problem solved?
I bought this extractor only but it is not connecting with my projector and red light glowing instead of green one. Could you please help me. I want to connect my projector with fire tv stick 4k and sony 5.1 sound bar by optical cable.

If I have a smart TV that has arc and a soundbar that supports arc.
I connect the hdmi to the TV(arc) and then I connect to the ( input) of the audio extracter then I connect another hdmi cable from the extractor(output) and then to the soundbar
..now the question is whether the audio extracter will be able to provide audio to another output let's say an amplifier ?
And whether the soundbar will still get audio from the TV ?
Hello. Unfortunately, this model does not support HDMI ARC
I've got such a device from NEOTECK, but cannot get any sound onto my external RCA hi-fi speakers. The LG TV has 2 HDMIs, one of which is e-ARC. The non-ARC works neither. So bought an optical cable, but no TV sound output setting brought the speakers alive. Some other video said to select 'PFM' (?) output on the TV which mine (2021/22) does not have. Of course I also played with the extractor's channel settings, to no avail. Was all my investment for the birds?

I was a home theatre user. Since these days dvd stopped and repairing become almost impossible due to unavailability of parts. I got Govo 950 sound bar. I have an old led with fire stick lite and HDMI audio extractor. Still when I play this video with 5.1 audio option on, there's no sound at all. If I turn it off there's stereo not surround. What can be done or need to be done!

I just found out Govo 950 is not Dolby Digital, is that the reason it's just throwing stereo and not real 5.1 surround??

Hey hai i have a small doubt that i have projector which has hdmi port it seems like it is hdmi input port i have connected my android stick to HDMI it works seamlessly and i want to connect my Audio amplifier to projector through hdmi now my doubt is it doesn't have any 2nd HDMI port but it has USB port so is there any option to connect the Projector sound output to amplifier by using any HDMI extension if it is there kinldy let me know please
Can you play the image from the projector and play the sound from the amplifier?
If the input of your projector is HDMI, you can do this:
1- Give an HDMI cable from the source as an input to this converter taught in the video
2- Get an output cable from the HDMI output of the converter device and give it to the HDMI input of the projector
3- Receive the stereo sound from the separate sound output of the converter with an optical or AV or AUX cable and give it to the input of the amplifier.

1. I have to connect my android tv stick to hdmi in.
2. I have to connect my projector hdmi port to hdmi out for video and later connect optical to my amplifier for audio.
