FYI - Don’t order off temu, instead go to the thrift store or goodwill for those tea pots/tea cups/ etc. They’re literally so cheap (like $2-$3) and you can always donate them back afterwards. We did this for my bridal shower. It was way more cost effective. Just make sure you clean them really well with Dawn Power Wash Dish Soap and a bit of Clorox if you’re comfortable with it.
I’ve been thrifting looking for these! I couldn’t find any that weren’t pink so far but I’m not gonna give up

I’m 24 weeks with my first baby too! Highly recommend the type of pregnancy pillow where there a wedge for your belly and your back and a piece of fabric in the middle where you get adjust the width. I got mine from Amazon and was surprised with how much it helps!

You're NOT missing out on the pregnancy pillow. I borrowed one from a friend when I was pregnant, and honestly didn't like it. Using several regular pillows works just as well, if not better, than an expensive pregnancy pillow!
Sameee! I'm soo glad I was just able to borrow my SIL's. While I don't like it or get the hype (yet, that is -- cuz I'm only 19 weeks), my husband loves to lounge with it when playing video games 😅😂💕 it's the big old one you see a lot that's long. I have been thinking to try the wedge style one
Just get the pregnancy pillow. I got the Frida Cooling Pregnancy Pillow. It literally feels like a beanbag. It supports my belly so nice. If I sleep without it my back and hips will be sore. I used to sleep with a regular pillow on a regular even before I was pregnant. It’s definitely worth it to have the pillow under your belly, and supporting your hips and ankles aren’t colliding when I’m sleeping. My neck also used to hurt a lot more. Literally from 4 weeks on in pregnancy. It’s definitely worth it. It also stays cool which is a plus, because I get really hot when I’m sleeping. 😫

I didn’t sleep with a pregnancy pillow BUT I did buy a long pillow that only cost like $10 and I’d only put it towards my back so that I wouldn’t end up rolling and falling asleep on my back. You should try that if you don’t wanna really buy a pregnancy pillow.

I'm two weeks away from giving birth and the items that helped me with the really bad hip pain was a pregnancy pillow and getting the nursery chair early so I could sleep in that part of the night when my hip soreness got really bad.

I’m 24 weeks with a baby boy too. I have an anterior placenta and I’m wondering, do you feel baby boy moving often? Does he have a pattern yet? And does he ever have quite sleepy days? I get so anxious when I don’t feel mine moving all the time. Just wanted to hear another mamas experience.
I feel him maybe 3 times/day for a few minutes. Mainly when I’m laying down at night or after a meal sitting down. It’s easy to miss if I’m moving around since the movements are pretty light. How about you?
With my first I also had an anterior placenta. Yeah it was harder to feel the movings. And in the 3rd trimester my baby grew so much he didn't have much space, I had to shake my belly gently to know he is fine. But he was actually fine. :) Everyone said he will be a chill baby, but nooo he has the energy of a tornado. 😀
Get a pregnancy pillow! It’ll help support your stomach when you lay on your side. I still use mine and my twins are 4 😂
I never used a pregnancy pillow I used one pillow for head I placed another under that one then a third for in between my legs and slept awesome

I’m 39 weeks and never got a pregnancy pillow!! I’m sure they’re great but don’t think it’s necessary. I honestly slept better in the 3rd trimester, hopefully same is true for you!

I love your videos and I'm excited about your new baby but I was wondering why your keeping a bed in the baby's room people are not gonna wanna sleep in a room with a baby plus you never get company anyway and aren't you planning on keeping the baby in your room for a few months a newborn can't be in a room by them self
It’s not for company it’s for us if we want to sleep in there. Plus if we do have company, the baby can sleep in our room and the guest can take the nursery
