Agree sayo Justice Francis moving forward dapat tayo sa issue na ito hindi yung magbintang at manisi.
Why not do both para sure win? We file for damages under UNCLOS and we look inside as to what the past president may have done wrong in order to fortify our laws. In this way we resolve issues in all facets.
Your advice is good but the country need sensible principles.
Pbbm has the mandate of the people, and rescinding whatever agreement PRRD did , its now null and void.

I think it's because PRRD's audience in the UN summit are leaders of different countries, thus, he made clear of our stand na kinikilala natin ung ruling. It is also to declare to the world that we are asserting our rights there. Whereas, when he spoke about a piece of paper, ang audience nya are the Filipino people, so he can be casual and truthful to the people na isa lang ung papel na ayaw kilalanin ng China.

UNCLOS should make another better resolution on Rocks or Shoals that are being disputed or had overlapping claims should be thoughrouly study and come up withbetter decision which is acceptable to majority and would be fair to every one speciall those involved in the overlapping claims that would alleviate tensions specially those at the West Philippine Sea.
