This man is playing safe in his statement which i understand because he was Duterte’s boy! At times he would sway to the right and at times he would sway to the left in his syatement. He has no straight forward answer to the question thrown by Ms. karen Davila. Why should this man care if how much the government had spent in applying for arbitrary ruling when it was done during Pnoy Presidency. And why would he connect it to the filing of damaged in WPS against China which to this man is less expensive. Does he think the filing of case on damaged in WPS made by China would prosper if we don’t have that atbitrary ruling as our basis in claiming that the WPS belongs to the Philippines. President Duterte was just perfect in his disposition and and diplomatic actions toward China regarding WPS situation. We did not have to go into the military option when we are not yet a strong country and allies are not always faithful to their promises. They are busy too with regard to their problems in their own yard. Now its Marcos turn to handle the situation intelligently and keep our country politically and physically SAFE.
