I've been hearing of the criticism some people give about this man of God even by some men of God like him but I've never seen or heard him speak before. This message really moves me. The gifts and calling of God are without repentance and though I don't go to your church I pray for God-s will to be done in your life.
A wife operating under the influence of a Jezebel spirit can cause a great deal of frustration to a minister of the gospel. The scriptures say, it is better to live on the roof top than to to live in same house with a quarellsome wife. I sense your frustrations in your confession. Who knows what eventually may have pushed you into adultery. Could it have been your wife withholding sex as a weopon of control which could have eventually led this man of God to fall? I don't know but very possible. I know of a minister of the gospel whose wife frustratrated him for years using sex as a form of control. Eventually this woman caught cancer and died prematuredly.

He is struggling to talk as a man who was hurt by a lover!! I don't agree with you man of God in many levels. What I here from your confession sound like a confession that is NOT a confession. The fact that she started the infidelity does not then give you the right to square up & expect her to also cover you up because in your thinking she did the same thing and she must understand. It does NOT work that way. First of ALL, I would commend you for what you did, you loved your wife & you forgave her for her infidelity (you were a brave man and acted Godly). What I have against you now man of God is that you seem to have forgiven you wife NOT in full (you did not forget her sin) and now you feel justified to say you also went out because she is the one who started. You are literally casting ALL the blame to your wife. We probably needed to focus ONLY on your infidelity because you forgave your wife & I guess she stopped her act. So the challenge is now with you man of God. Your grounds for divorcing her do not hold water. The confession to the church was an act of bravely BUT you messed it up by shaming her!!! You still needed to cover that up & she was going to be surprised & been even drawn more to Christ by your act. Why shame her! She has not made a personal confession herself.
