REVISED INSTRUCTION: starting at 00:45 in the video, TO CALIBRATE: #1 While cap is on, press black button *ONCE & RELEASE* to turn on unit. (Holding down button from OFF state for 6 secs does not Produce the CAL option).. Once on, THEN #2 press & hold down button (approx 6 secs) only until you see "CAL" then quickly release to remain in that mode. You should then be able to proceed with the other instruction to calibrate and take cap off before dipping.. (Be careful with glass tip & always replace tip with a couple drops of 004 (or storage solution also avail for purchase) in cap to keep from drying out). Note, the "Sto" took a little bit to appear, so don't get rushed into thinking that step failed.. "wait for iiiit" lol if all else fails call the Tech support guy, he's awesome and will resolve any issues.. Hopefully they'll update their insert & video to be much more literal with each step (especially STEP 1).. CUZ IF YOU DON'T START OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT YOU'LL NEVER GET THERE
Can't seem to find this products manual anywhere. Searching the manuals section on the mobile website just returns me back to the product page, where I don't see anything. Really wishing I hadn't lost the paper copy 😕
Is that correct mine was reading error as well too like he said I kept it in there anyways and proceeded to the next session of 4.01 then to the STO symbol
Hi Ashiq. Which Hanna product do you use? Typically the main reason you won't get a stable reading is the electrode is not properly hydrated. It's important that you rinse with DI Water after use, use a cleaning solution, and store it in storage solution.
Very good and funny videos bring a great sense of entertainment!
