Bought my first Mac a week ago and it’s my first saw as well. I went straight back to fb marketplace to search for more . I got addicted immediately. Gonna be buying em as I see them pop up in my area.
Luv your saw shop- reminds me of the company shop I ran in the 80's for a large logging outfit- it had 49 Homelites- 925's, 955's, super 1050's, P-61's, a few Huskys and Stihls and all parts for EVERY saw. I once built a new 925 one part at a time just cuz I could. Never told the boss tho, put an old starter and air cleaner cover on it and worked it into the fleet. That was for Western Pacific Timber in Ruth, Ca. It was a one man shop and I was it. 70 hrs/wk not including any sharpening, that was late nite work on an old Neilson grinder. Good, good memories!
I own a stihl MS 201, stihl 026 and a homelite c7. The homelite hadnt ran in about 40 years but i just cleaned it and switced the old gas and it worked perfectly.
What an amazing collection of power saws. Looking good! Take care, Army! We've all been given an opportunity to slowdown a little, to reflect on what's truly important, and to spend some time with our families. Be kind, stay healthy, and stay safe! ✊🏻🌲❤️
Buckin.... I have been a Firefighter / Paramedic for 22 years professionally . I grew up in the fire service as my parents were Emt’s..... I appreciate you doing your part and not becoming part of the problem. We all need to give up alittle so we can get a grasp on this virus........ I appreciate your videos, your constant half full attitude. I have modeled the half full spirit for many years and it seems to be the best view I can muster. The half full view is not always the easiest maintain but the other view is slippery....... I want to say i appreciate your efforts to make the world a better place one video at a time..... Be good to yourself, make obtainable goals and cherish those that rally at your side.
This is one my favorite recent videos!!!! Love the saws, but mostly the sheer joy you and Hogan shared together talking about them and arranging them. Comrades:. Now more than ever, our fellow humans need love and kindness! Let's double down on the efforts to spread it! ❤️💪 Lieutenant Bradley
I felt it Billy. From 3000 miles away, I tensed right up at about 11:50 when that big saw tipped forward. If I was any closer I'd have caught it myself. Weather is turning here, I have been outside organizing and scheming, it's almost time to check and make sure all my saws made it through the winter. They closed the border between us, but I'm right there with you, staying quiet and out of the way. Great to see the time you are able to spend with your son. Keep safe-- Jeremy from Vermont
What a great place to be holed up. Buckins saw shop and the Bunker. Love is gonna win everyone. Hope everyone is well and man Buckin and Ganges I love you guys. Keep rockin the Peace Love and Powersaws Buckin Army. Thanks Buckin🌲❤🌲✊
Oh baby! That's a nice problem to have Buckin!! Nothing like a collection of saws👍, if the sound of a 2stroke saw doesn't get you going then they might as well send the flowers to your family now😂. Don't forget a nice alarm and some decent locks for that treasure trove😊
Glorious buckin.... just glorious.... you may want to think about getting some additional eye screws to put in the face of those shelves and you could gain more stability in your saws with some carabiners or rope! Maybe some more hooks along there as well to rest powersaws on!!! Keep spreading love brother
Good on ya for stayin' hunkered down up there. And great to see an amazing collection come together, remind me of helping my dad with his bicycles..haha. Also, the subscriber count is just shootin' through the moon! Its awesome. Welcome to all the new folks here to the Buckin' Army!!!! Spread the kindness. And wash your hands! haha.
Well, you, two Smith boys, that twas a lot of fun to watch and very productive too! I get such a kick out of how you both are so so enthusiastic about those ol' saws. I've been sorting my sheds out too and getting my tools in order. It's Spring so why not? Take care, love ya both, Waldo of the Woods
Thank you for posting the McCulloch pics. I took my first one apart when I was 10... a McCulloch 66. My grandfather became a McCulloch dealer in 1944. It was a family business until 1996 so we all got a chance to work there. BTW was a Pioneer, Partner, Shindiawa, and Jonsered dealer also.
Looks like it's almost time to add onto the power saw room , eh . Luv it , great saws you have . Stay safe and healthy , this will come to an end soon so lets all stay positive .
Greetings from No VT (USA) - Thanks for being prudent, we wouldn't want to lose you or Hogan for any time being down with this virus. Nice collection of iron, I am deeply envious. Be kind by being safe!

In times like these, it's most important to stay productive and to keep on doing our own thing. Life experience is your greatest teacher. Something that I have been thinking about recently is that when you do something and you do it well, that is what is right for you. There is no right or wrong way of doing certain things, there is only the way that works for you, your creative way, and if you are successful doing something, it doesn't matter if you are or aren't qualified in it because you don't need to be, you have found a way to do things well. So when it comes to sharing that with others and giving insight, people can certainly learn from that wisdom for sure. And when it comes to listening to others, listen more to those who achieve things and know how really well than those who can't do much, because those who can do things well have the experience and discipline and are successful in what they do.
Hey Buckin', we're all havin' to hunker down. I'm working on my power saw skills so I can start getting rid of these dangerous georgia pines around my house. Starting slow and using a lot of your advice. Bought a new echo and nursing a 20 year old mac.
Thanks for the cool vid buckin. Good time for some spring cleaning. Is it an axe or saw addiction you have. Lol. Your saw shop is frickin awesome. Hopefully this passes soon and we all can get back to the norm. Hope all is well with the soldiers of kindness and the buckin army. Have a good night to all and be kind. ✊✊
Too bad you are so far away, I have a chain saw that was a gift from my daughter who passed away in 1996, I used it a few times and put in it's case and it has been there since 1998! I want to have it cleaned and then put away on display in the house! I think you seem to be the guy who would understand the love for this saw. Any ways great video, and pray things will return to normal soon.
