Hello, I'm thinking about buying a pair of these for my 2 piece band, we use backing tracks. I have a question, can I use these with a separate mixer? I know there's a mixer built in to the woofers, but I'd like to have a separate mixer. Can this be done? And how ? From looking at pictures of the back, these have 2 speakon, 1 1/4 Jack, and 1 Mic out.
These have 2 xlr/1/4" combo Jack's in, next is a 1/4" in and 4th channel is for RCA or bluetooth in. No speak ons at all. Those are all ins. The only hard out is the xlr Thru jack. They also have tws. This is wireless connecting between units. And lastly yes, you can and should use a mixer for optimal sound, effects, stereo sound etc. Simply out of mixer main out into any polar input.
